The Great Migration (from Ethereum)
Campaign Brief
The Cardano ecosystem, despite being written in Haskell, has always had plans to provide a path for projects that either deployed on an EVM-based blockchain (like Ethereum) to migrate to the Cardano ecosystem. Additionally, projects that are better suited for the account-style method (instead of UTXO) also exist, and we want these projects to be usable from the Cardano ecosystem as well.
To accomplish this part of the roadmap, many efforts are currently underway such as KEVM, IELE, ERC20 Converter and Milkomeda to name a few. These projects are reaching the point where they are mature enough for people to deploy using them or build tooling for them and so it's time to start welcoming projects to Cardano.

Why is it important?
Many projects are stuck on EVM-based blockchains like Ethereum and are looking for an escape. Cardano can be faster and cheaper to use.
What does success look like?
Projects who were either planning to or did launch on an EVM-based blockchain deploy in the Cardano ecosystem and can do so easily.
Key Metrics to measure
- Number of projects that migrate
- Number of users of these smart contracts once migrated to the Cardano ecosystem
(Metrics can either be improved by funding projects that directly deploy something, or projects that help build tooling to make it easier to deploy)
The Impact Migration
Solution: Use an active catalyst community to welcome, connect, and support projects that wish to migrate or expend on Cardano
Scaling CNFTs, minus the ETH mess
Solution: Build an AI/ML-driven protocol to protect Cardano NFTs from plagiarism, and offer it as part of a marketing campaign to migrate Eth artists.
Project Monarch - GoingUP
Solution: GoingUP is a collaboration tool and an on-chain reputation scoring system for professionals in the crypto space.
NFT marketplace builder platform
Solution: Integrate Cardano to NFTify - A no-coding NFT marketplace builder platform that helps anyone launch their own NFT marketplace within minutes
Milkomeda accelerator batch #2
Solution: Milkomeda will be launching a second batch of its acceleration program together with SOSV (sosv.com) where companies will be coached.
Migrating from ETH: Newcomer Setup
Solution: Getting started, "how to"s, insights, and technical articles about Cardano technologies that specifically targets an Ethereum audience.
Incentivized learning to move users
Solution: Incentivized educational tips via browser extension popup. Shown as you use specific dApps. To move actual users and provide a welcoming UX.
Imperative Smart Contracts
Solution: Imperator is a language for SCs that looks and feels like JavaScript/Solidity, well known imperative languages popular among developers.

Solution: Sony rose to the top with good hardware and software. I want to build a high quality game on the blockchain to achieve mass adoption of Ada.
Farming incentive to move liquidity
Solution: We will use funds to provide a farming incentive to users that move liquidity from Ethereum to Cardano

Solution: Develop a 12 step program that will identify inefficient crypto practices of Ethereum and provide solutions using the Cardano blockchain.

Solution: A weekly caricature showing the advantages & relevancy of Cardano over Ethereum, to reach out the Ethereum community in a fun & creative way
