Detailed Plan
—————————————————————————————–
Background
A key Prioritized Problem handed over to Catalyst Circle V2 was "Cohort: Almost non existing "collaborative layer" to welcome newcomers" ( <https://catalyst-swarm.gitbook.io/catalyst-circle/activities/catalyst-prioritized-problems-trello#cohort-almost-non-existing-collaborative-layer-to-welcome-newcomers> ).
To begin to address this problem, to gather feedback and to track issues Stephen Whitenstall set up a Catalyst Coordinator GitBook for problem-sensing the Funded Cohort process in November 2021.
This was announced at Fund 7 Town Hall #3 on 1st December 2021 - <https://youtu.be/olOxEinXrgM?t=2987>

He develops, maintains documentation and provides technical project management support for Catalyst Swarm; has been successfully funded in funds 5 and 6 for several significant projects around community engagement, auditability, recordkeeping and transparency; and is currently the representative for Catalyst Co-ordinator (Funded Proposers) in Catalyst Circle v2.

Risk Analysis
- Risk of low levels of engagement with the material: This is unlikely, since the proposal has come directly out of need and requests from the Catalyst Coordinator community itself, and engagement is already reasonably high. However, if people do not engage as much as expected, this will almost certainly be because not all funded proposers are fully aware of it; be mitigated by mentioning the hub at Catalyst Coordinator meetings and at relevant After Town Hall breakout rooms.
- Risk that the key maintainer (@swhitenstall) is not able to continue to maintain the GitBook: We are mitigating this by the growth of QA-DAO as an organisation, so that someone else can take over if this is ever needed.
