This proposal is an updated resubmission related to the funded proposal from Fund 6

Together we discover a collective way to create proposals. We meet up in an online workshop. In the session, we will brainstorm, make decisions and optimize our strategy. There will be at least 6 workshop sessions. Participants will leave with new materials and experience to extend their ability to create proposals.

Our goal is to support mini-proposals to get over 3.8 Ranking by Catalyst Advisors.
We start the session a few weeks before the Fund8 Submission Stage.

How many higher rating proposals are created?
How many proposals used the workshop chapters?

How many times Miro Board is used to brainstorm quality proposals?
The goal is to get 1 new person to publicly create a proposal using the Miro Board template.
Started explicitly sharing a template link and offering this solution.

How many people show up for live workshop sessions?
The goal is to always have at least 2 additional people who want to improve proposals.

More views on the Youtube watching mini-proposal workshops?
Goal to get more than 40 views per video in 2 weeks.

How many minutes average is watched per video?
Increase from average 7 minutes watch duration to 12 minutes

Marketing, outreach, video tagging, and communications

Announces and plans the workshops

Adds value to proposer and proposal by sharing insights about requirements and thinking methods

Project Manager - 24h (4h per session)
Makes sure all the required tasks are completed. (workshops are scheduled, recorded, videos uploaded, timestamped, feedback gathered, etc)

Video Editor - 24h (5h per session)
Chaptering the video, updating the description, adding tags to the video, and experimenting with video editing to provide a better watching experience.

Cost calculation for proposal

97 total hours * 30$ average hourly rate * 1.2 buffer = 3492 $
