Main Deliverable:
- Create informational materials to equip 20 Wada students and volunteers to access update information about Cardano's future, ongoing and past progress and events in an easy format for newcomers into blockchain and Cardano ecosystem.

<u>How does the proposal fit this challenge?</u>
- Knowledge is power. Well-informed individuals in the Cardano ecosystem become key members of the ecosystem, acquiring and sharing information, becoming mentors for newcomers and thereby helping prevent attempts to destabilize Cardano.
- Competing priorities and data costs however, make it difficult for young Africans to source information about emerging technologies such as Cardano's solutions. Paid (data costs + incentives) learning time will enable overcoming this initial barrier, creating a positive feedback loop of more information acquisition and opportunities realization.

<u>Reference to Past Success:</u>
- Through over 20 events and targeted outreach, Wada has over the past year, successfully reached and onboarded over 500 people into the Cardano ecosystem.
- Wada's significant online presence
- 8 unique country Africa and diaspora hubs with expanding teams
- A membership platform in development for onboarding and virtual training sessions
- A learning management system in development to track progress and usage of materials created
- Access to mentors and experts willing to support both the goals of WADA and Cardano
<u>Roadmap:</u>
Launch Q1 2022
- 21 days - Identify project lead, relevant Cardano information sources and platforms (High quality ecosystem content sites and AMAs, Cardano 360 updates, Catalyst Townhall, Community lead information platforms and YouTube updates, IOG blogs, Cardano Announcement channels etc)
- 21 days - Identify campaign participants, onboarding material is distributed
Campaign launch (March 15th):
- 6-week learning program of lectures, and targeted reading
- 6 days of debrief and next steps outline
Post-Campaign:
- Assimilation of campaign participants into Wada's outreach, education and social media outreach programs
- Ongoing mentorship support (where applicable)
- Program survey and report creation

- Number of participants who complete learning program
