We have embraced a new Game system that includes a Play-to-Earn system.

Pangaea Kingdom Universe is a 3D Builder MMORPG built with unique dynamic CNFTs and Game Details elements such as Lands, Origins, Optikards, Companions, Accessories, Resources, Battles, Dungeons, and Diplomacy. Our goal is to create an Interactive Play-for-Fun-and-Earn Concept. A blockchain game where gamers can team up with their friends and earn at the same time. The game is strongly inspired by a mixture of Clash of Clans, Age of Empire, and Diablo.

Our CNFTs will be affordable which makes players not hesitate to join us.

We will cater a game where players can build their stronghold by constructing buildings and training units. Teaming up with friends. Participating in the PVE (Dungeons), Battles (PVP), and the Diplomacy.

The Pangaea kingdom has a World Map and is divided into Regions. Each region has a Lord Protector, the strongest commander or the strongest guild. Lords can not attack players within their regions unless a Contest is held to fight for the title (change rulers with Declaration of War). The Ruler of all regions is called the King of Pangaea Kingdom. Diplomacy is a game event feature for Commanders to take over a Plot of Land to become the Lord or King

[IMPACT] Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

Everyone will venture into the nobel goal of lowering the barrier of entry into the CNFT Space. Pangaea Kingdom will educate onboarding traditional gamers about Non-Fungible Tokens and Decentralized Exchanges until it becomes a common knowledge across the traditional games. The method will increase the transactions inside the Cardano Ecosystem.

We aim to have a user base of at least 50,000 users within our first year. Users will most likely trade their CNFTs inside the Ecosystem similar to Axie Infinity Marketplace. Wherein, the transaction volume skyrocketed during the Hypergrowth Season.

We also yearn to see fan made ideas of our game lore as it would measure just how much our audience understands what non-fungible tokens, and the blockchain are here to change how humanity functions.

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

We are mostly affected by 3 certain reasons such as we are a bootstrapped team, lack of adequate funds for marketing, and general misunderstandings of NFT Technology.

We have been part and mitigated our marketing challenges by using guerilla marketing tactics (word of mouth, podcast appearances and content marketing etc) that require more effort than money to get the world out. This has grown our Discord channel to hundreds in less than 3 months.

Project research and planning started in May 2021. During this first quarter of 2022, the team is already working hard to refine Game Design, Backend and Frontend. Currently, we are building an organic and healthy relationship with the community in our Discord. Moderators are already in action such as educating and sensitizing while our product is being developed. Our CEO is building partnerships and hosting Twitter Spaces. On behalf of our Development Team, we are enjoying and focused on delivering an Interactive Play-for-Fun-and-Earn, Social-GameFi to Gamers.

we are not certain as we will use the provided resources wisely, we are involved in a community participation modus operandi and keep the whole community in check on our statues on development,rest assured we will be dedicated and use the most minimal resource possible to come up with a working project to accountability of funds

Pangaea Kingdom’s Development Team such as Game Designer and Game Developer are working on a tight schedule to improve product development. Team is using agile methodology to organize tasks using Gantz Chart. We already hit some major milestones in the 2 months stretch.

We collaborate using tools such as GitBook, GitHub, Titan Email, and Trello.

We spread our goals and objectives, and we have been able to track our progress efficiently in our weekly progress reports and semi-weekly standups. Project development is reported using a mood board with snapshots of latest achievements.

We intend to create a thriving community of like-minded humans and harness this communal power to bring out the best versions of our humanity. Pangaea's vision includes the creation of a safe community where players can socialize, play games and store value in NFT assets.

Behind the Pangaeaverse, is a need to celebrate diversity and set up a melting pot where people from different cultures can interact and understand each other. Pangaea will help us look past our differences and join humanity as one.
