Detailed Plan

Problem:

The world as you know it is flawed!!! We believe we are in a better world, a world that is well connected, a world that has a better health care system, and a world that is ferrying its way towards economic progress. But in the hindsight, doesn't this progress come with a cost? As much as we can afford things, hasn't the cost of these things we afford increased as well? We have adapted to earn enough and work more to afford most of the luxury we have now which is only going to drive the cost even higher. A rich man's world is what we are creating. A world that is leaving more than half of its population behind. A world that is more inclined towards hoarding resources than sharing them.

We speak about the importance of food and yet do not know where most of the food comes from. Behind every certified food, there are hidden ingredients that could be harming our health. The food we eat goes through a long supply chain and by the time it reaches our plate we are mostly consuming food that is doing more harm than help to our health. But well, we do have a good health care system to fall back on in case we fall sick. Do you see the vicious cycle?

Let us paint a picture for you! What if you knew where your food comes from? What if there was a way to find if the clothing you are wearing is sustainable? What if the waste generated in your homes can generate revenue for you? What if you got all these pieces of information with just a tap? Imagine having a say in how you want the world to be.

Autonomy or self-governance is a concept that seems intriguing to many because we are all accustomed to a world where there is someone else managing and taking decisions for us and we have adapted to the style of living. Anything going wrong in the world is always somebody else's problem. We play the blame game. But what do we do?

Solution:

Konma is a Decentralized Autonomous Organization driven by Blockchain Technology with features like transparency, security, and decentralization. It is a community deliverance system that heralds the dawn of efficiency, security, and transparency in organizational management. Konma is an organization with no geographical or organizational boundaries. It is run by people who are part of its community.

Being a decentralized organization, Konma can't be stopped or terminated by a single country shutting down the office. Konma is a virtual community running on distributed, decentralized, and autonomous platform. All its activities use DLT which ensures transparency in all transactions made within the system as well as safety from malicious activities.

Konma will prove to be the evolution of modern organizational structures as it uses cutting-edge features of DLT such as decentralization, consensus, immutability, and transparency.

We are an organization that aims to boost the growth of any individual or business by providing various solutions for their needs through Konma Org.

• Konma aims to primarily develop their DAO on the Cardano Chain which will initially govern the DApps (DEX) and other wings on Konma (Konmahood and Konma Marketplace)

• Secondly, any collaborations and new wings developed by Konma or in association with Konma will be brought on to the Cardano chain. This ensures a smooth transition for EVM based DAO's to onboard onto the Cardano's chain and provides ease of access to the creation of more DAO's

Desired Outcome:

• Once the DAO is designed and developed with the help of the community, it will further help Konma bring in more DAOs to the Cardano ecosystem and govern various dApps under Konma and other collaborations.
• DAO's play a vital role in ensuring the ecosystems protocols are put to good use and increase mass adoption within the chain. DAO's are gaining immense traction after the NFT hype the industry went through, it is vital to be ready for the next crypto wave of DAO's

Blocking problem:

The current and traditional governance protocols/ services do not have a fully automated and efficient system that can integrate all the participants and provide transparency. Organizations and businesses prefer the EVM based ecosystems for creating their DAOs as it is easier to develop on Ethreum with ERC standards and an ample amount of talent pool available. The bottleneck when it comes to Cardano is the fact that the network is still at a nascent stage and the talent pool of Haskell/ Plutus devs is limited.

Goal:

A fully functioning DAO to help govern Konma and its Dapps

Demographics:

Konma Community Members and new DAO's being introduced to Cardano

Action Plan:

• We would like to first collaborate with either EMURGO India or Mlabs for Devs.
• Develop code-based governance protocols to help KONMA ORG function as a DAO/DAE.
• Integrate autonomy and a Web3-friendly functionality to enable decentralized decision making for the KONMA Community.
• With the existing unified web2 Konma platform, we will build from the ground up for enhanced integration.
• Creating Web3-friendly functionality and delivering relevant Dapps that enable decentralized decision-making for the KONMA Community.
• Once the DAO is developed and deployed, it can further initiate proposals and ecosystem changes to the Dapps and services provided by Konma.
• We plan to replace the current and traditional governance methods with autonomy to enable smooth functionality that is Web3-friendly.

Once we achieve this, we plan to transform every sub-sector of Konma into a DAO where $KDAO is our native currency. This will enable easier decision-making and faster proposal review, project implementation, and faster payment over time.

Once the DAO is created and deployed, we will then bring in more DAOs for every collaboration we make
