[IMPACT]
A community platform is needed that educates and informs people about the crypto in general and all kinds of projects ongoing in the crypto universe. The platform would have a feature that allows NFT creators to provide their identity to be revealed at set date in the future. Investors willing to invest in NFTS could check such information to feel secure and gain trust.
The platform would also provide a possibility to unmask developers who have rug pulled the project utilising information from the block chain.
The platform would also support burning of rug pulled NFTs and replace with new NFTS, if the holders wishes to do and creating utility (for eg. a game) for newly generated NFT.
In general, this platform could help build trust with in the crypt community and would also help to increase the adoption of the crypto in day to day life.
Once the project is ready to be tested, it would be publicly available for usage. Various social media platforms would be utilised to create the presence of the project and lot of community members would have already joined the platform.
NFT developers might not be willing to provide their real life identity especially at the beginning of the project. Categorising project as a rug-pull might be a challenge.
[FEASIBILITY]
The project would be completed in 12 months from the start date.
1. First quarter would be utilised to create the community platform.
2. In second quarter, necessary smart contract feature would be integrated to the platform.
3. Community building, marketing and finding partnership would happen in the third quarter.
4. Forth quarter would be utilised to improve the community platform and its features and identifying utility to make project sustainable.
5. Project continues.
The execution of the project will be done in the following phases:
1. Building Community platform for sharing information - Cost 30000.
2. Integrating smart contract feature to the platform - Cost 20,000.
3. Building smart contracts for identity and NFT burning & minting - Cost 20,000.
4. Marketing and partnership acquisition - Cost 20000
5. Creating utility for the minted NFTs - Cost 30000
6. Project will be self sustainable after identifying various income source to continue operation
I am the only member at this phase. I am a software developer with 10+ years experience with various kinds of projects (small to big) in a one man team to teams with many members. I would be seeking couple more developers to bring this project to life.
[AUDITABILITY]
Availability of the platform for usage, partnership with the NFT developers and community build around the platform should be the key indicators of project's success.
Number of github commits and also the number of people interested in the usage of platform would help to track the progress
Adoption by general people to seek information related to crypt projects and partnership with NFT stores and NFT developers should be criteria that defines success of the project.
