As mentioned in the previous report, in the month of May Colombia is in presidential elections and in this context I have considered that it is better not to advance in the project, until the political situation is defined in Congress.
The date for completion of the project has been extended due to political reasons and while awaiting relevant information on the matter from the Colombian government.
I must emphasize that a task of searching for information that is useful for the realization of the document has been carried out. I must highlight a first interview with the current Senator and Candidate Santiago Valencia https://www.santiagovalencia.com.co/ with whom the urgent need to provide concrete and clear information to congressmen about Cryptocurrencies was evidenced. This is one of the Young Senators with the greatest projection in the Democratic Center party, the current government party. I must point out that it is possible that the delivery date can be extended depending on possible externalities due to the elections and the political and social situation. I will report that later if necessary.
