A study will be carried out about the situation of cryptocurrencies in Colombia and especially about the pilot that the financial authority started in 2021 ( https://www.superfinanciera.gov.co/jsp/10106486)) All the information will be made available to the community. The final document will include the consequences for the future and possible regulations to come.
IMPACT
How does the proposal fit into this challenge?
We will focus on specialized work on the legal situation of cryptocurrencies in Colombia and the analysis of the pilot established by the Colombian financial authority. This will provide the necessary elements to promote more favorable legislation that does not affect the crypto space in Colombia.
With this study, we will act with information and taking into account the essential elements.
Being legal specialists and having experience in the public sector, we have the right profile to prepare the necessary study.
This information will be made available to the community that requires it.
How will this campaign add value to our ecosystem?
It provides information to the ecosystem about cryptocurrencies in Colombia and allows decision-making in all aspects and particularly about possible lobbying actions.
It will be analyzed how the lobbying in Colombia could work, given that there are regulations for it.
What does success look like?
With a clear, concrete and easy-to-read analysis document, we will know the reality of cryptocurrencies in Colombia and we will understand the results of the pilot. The interested community will be able to make the best decisions against Colombia. At the same time, we will be able to establish links with the most relevant people on the subject, as well as alliances and collaborations with organizations that work on the same cause.
