Solution: We will exhibit at 6 cryptocurrency & blockchain conferences/events in 6 different countries in Latin America, to spread the use of the Cardano blockchain to companies and major players in the sector

We have hired 3 full time members, to perform the activities included in the proposal: Community Management, Marketing & Social Networks, Community Events,Treasury and Documentation, achieving outstanding results on our growth on Social Networks, a new and improved gitbook, better internal processes and meetings, a better TownHall with more diverse topics and actions to generate more engagement with the community and a better Youtube channel with recordings and videos more organized and able to be consumed by new and existing viewers. Also we were able to participate in events, such as ETH.LATAM, Polygon at Buenos Aires, Crypto Event 1.0 and 2.0.
With the help of this proposal we were able to step up our game by creating unique Marketing materials, reaching more people, engaging with our audiences better and also streamlined our processes and operation to run smoothly
3 new members are onboarded and working with us, and because of that help we have reached new highs on twitter, discord, telegram and youtube activity and audience engagement. We have produced a revamped and new gitbook, the content creation function, allowed us to achieve outstanding results on our Ideafest and our F7 closure reports.
We have hired the first two members of the operations team: Operations/Auditing and Content Creation. We have announced them at the TownHall. For that we run an open call for nominees, a selection process with the admin team reviewing collaboratively all candidates. The team started to work with DeWork for project management, better organized our discord and publications plan. Started to time stamp the TH videos and producing new content.
This is our initial progress report after being funded. Nothing to report as we are just starting.
