The draft Decree to properly regulate cryptocurrencies in Colombia was successfully carried out and sent to the Government of Colombia for study and I am waiting for a response
To achieve the purpose of my project: an adequate regulation of cryptocurrencies in Colombia through a Decree with force of law issued by the Colombian government; I have done a legal investigation of the legal norms that regulate the financial system (Law 45 of 1990, Law 35 of 1993, Law 510 of 1999, Law 546 of 1999, Law 795 of 2003, Law 964 of 2005, Law 1328 of 2009 and Decree 663 of 1993) and continued drafting the Decree project.
To achieve the purpose of my project: an adequate regulation of cryptocurrencies in Colombia through a Decree with force of law issued by the Colombian government; I have done legal research on the Political Constitution of Colombia and I am drafting the Decree project.
