Since our last report, we have:
- Agreed initial internal product brief with PeopleCert, with significant input from LearnerShape and ProofSpace
- Held two meetings with team of 8-10 people from PeopleCert to define product, marketing and technical roadmap for pilot – meetings included representatives of PeopleCert product management, marketing, technology and project management teams
We remain optimistic that this project will deliver major benefits for PeopleCert. PeopleCert are increasing sales of their DevOps qualifications (which are the target of this project) and have very large global sales that provide a large opportunity for Cardano and LearnerShape / ProofSpace if the pilot succeeds.
We hit our initial design milestone ahead of schedule in June, with some significant simplifications to the architecture that will facilitate delivery and improve performance.
We have generated excellent engagement at PeopleCert, including because our senior contact (Chief Growth Officer) is interested in the growth potential of working with Cardano and broader blockchain opportunities (e.g. issuing a PeopleCert token), and the engineer responsible for data integration on the project is a crypto enthusiast.
We are really proud of what we have produced and look forward to sharing it with the Catalyst community.

We are facing some challenges to the robustness of our solution from the fact that the Atala PRISM SDK has not been released. This situation makes use of Atala PRISM subject to failures in the SDK token (which can be caused by other users, as occurred this past weekend) and unmanaged dependency on "black box" code that is subject to change. We hope that the IOG team will address this situation soon. We require a more robust version of Atala PRISM to launch our planned pilot in production.
The attachment in the previous question is a screenshot of one of the two Gihub repos in which we are building our code. These will be made public when the project is released.
The uploaded file in the previous question shows screenshots of our Github repos for the problem – back end (ls-auth-api) and front end (ls-auth-ui). These are currently private repos but will be open-sourced as part of final delivery. We are currently targeting deliver for end of April, but this could slip into May.
