After the project have been executed, I am having some problems as follow:
- I target to have 50 videos go live but so far I am having 30 videos as there was some problem with the personnel allocation.
- Due to my poor budget calculation from the beginning, the length of some videos reach 11 minutes for each proposal (compile proposals do not count) and this cause an increase of translation fee. (previous 10$ for a 5 minutes videos)
- Therefore I am trying to cut down the video length, inform the proposers to keep their sharing precise and also plan for a much more detailed budget in the next fund.
- Therefore I will produce around 20 videos more in fund9 because I did not write proposal in fund8 which make a budget shortage as I want to run it first if it create an impact. :(
My proposal is to interview proposers and support their proposals to be shared and voted in a video form with a limit of 5 minutes, the content of the video will be translated to Japanese, Indonesian, Vietnamese and English to support Asian proposers to spread their proposals to the outer world. Therefore, I will begin to do interview after the Finalization round.
