After consulting with the catalyst-school-latam team, co-ordination team, LATAM Team, Swarm and the catalyst school, we are launching social profiles just in portugueses, to experiment with indexations and reach more protuguese speakers (Brazilians, most of all)

Yes. Considering: i) the "time slot" issue in catalyst ecosystem for promoting recurring workshops; ii) low attendance in workshops, but good numbers in views on youtube [the-catalyst-school youtube channel as example https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIPvRvMoxhmHLUuPPcsMmmg]; the team decided to convert the workshop (as we know), in interviews to try a different approach on the onboarding front, as well as covering all the topics of that particular interview [example: if the topics is about "intro-to-catalyst", the interview should cover all topics like a)whats a CA?; b)whats a vCA; c) the Catalyst Process; et cetera]. In addition to the interviews, there are all the supporting materials (translated from the-catalyst-school, from IOG and swarm), in different formats as: videos, presentations, podcasts and documentation in both portuguese and Spanish languages.

The team also noticed a low interaction of portuguese speaker in the LATAM community as whole (as seen in latam townhall videos, available at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRZKx4HJFifOy8HCeOB8pxw) So, the team is working together with LATAM townhall team to find a solution for this.
