Final stages of conference preparation: setting up venue, continued coordination of speakers and participants, outreach to media and sponsors, finalising the the exhibition which is part of the conference, catering.
Agenda is finalised, venue is hired, other funds are available too. final preparation phase has started: press release, ticket sale, coordination of speakers, etc.
We are currently reviewing abstracts for the conference and putting together the programme. In addition to the submitted abstracts from prospective delegates, we have also now confirmed our three keynote speakers. Ticket sales have only just gone live on the website (https://oxbat.web.ox.ac.uk). Everything is on-track for the conference to be held at the end of September.
