Catalyst Campus Train project has a 5-member team with Mustapha as team lead and FP. Upon going through PoL and onboarding process, the team met virtually to decide venue, resources and marketing strategies for our maiden event.

We then concluded on Saturday, November 12 as date for first campus Train and targetted students of Tamale Technical University (TaTu) with few from University for Development Studies (UDS). We then booked the Tamale Regional Library as venue, launched marketing and registration while procuring T shirts, lunch and snacks for event.

Within 72 hours after start of registration, we reached target number of 50 registered participants via Google form we shared. We then extracted registration report for continued communication with participants before, during and after the event.

At end of session, the (two) key facilitators presented intensively on general blockchain, Cardano and project catalyst. Participants were educated and empowered with Yoroi wallet installation and setup, recovery of Wallet and ideascale account creation as well as proposal assessment (PA), vPA, Voting and staking ADA.

Over 40 participants learnt these processes and started exploring further to individually practice to familiarise themselves with ideascale, Yoroi wallet and trading ADA on binance and other exchanges.
