It is the first decentralized social network developed specifically for Latinamerican creators and cultural fans. There, users can offer artworks, services and NFTs from multiple Blockchains (such as Cardano) to regional and global audiences, while at the same time they can choose to broadcast their contents to screens at subscribing physical spaces.

This platform complies with the 3 proposals through which Cardano Catalyst Community has trusted in us at F8:

On November, the last month before our platform's public launch at December, we activated 100 + cultural agents to adopt our platform, and exhibited over 200 of their creations and cultural works through our digital DAO Displays prototypes, on 4 occasions and to more than 300 assistants in total.

Two of these exhibitions were done on Chile's biggest cultural center, the Centro Gabriela Mistral (GAM) and the other two on AWKA Community, which serves as a cultural and recreational center located on La Reina, Santiago de Chile. This way, we have enhanced our validation thesis, that our upcoming platform which aims to let users showcase and commercialize their contents on digital displays located at renowned and crowded physical spaces (through DAO chosen dynamics on-chain) should success and become a new kind of cooperative technology and media that approaches practical efforts to integrate masses to adopt the Web3 and the Blockchain Networks we are collaborating with: Cardano, DeSo and Ethereum.

We have re-branded and deployed a better new version of our social web3 platform, and we aim to launch it back on November. Our platform was priorly launched back on May of this year with 60 local artistic, cultural and web3 agents. As evidencie, we have uploaded two interfaces where new designs has been applied to the platform.

Moreover, we have re-activated our social media networks at Instagram, Twitter and Telegram (links you can access through here: https://cooperativalocal.org/), and we will keep creating engaging contents and presenting ourselves there.

Our presentation and platform launch will let us approach a diverse sample of Cardano Catalyst proposers whose proposals operate or have been related to any of the following topics: Latin America or 'arts and culture' in Spanish. We have shared this potential user list as evidence on our last monthly report of our $19.850 'Cross-Chain Collaboration' proposal (#800013).

We presented our phygital piloting proposal to over 40 public agents from diverse chilean cities, together with Sernatur, the national touristic office. What let us to currently have 6 ongoing negotiation with authorities of chilean cities: Iquique, San Pedro de Atacama, Peñaflor, Las Cabras, San Esteban and Pucón.

On December, we expect to start executing a massive public space web3 pilot with one of these cities, whose public spaces may receive our digital monitors where our social web3 platform will stream local contents, and invite it's viewers to contribute also and join the web3 through our multi-chain social platform built on Deso Blockchain in collaboration with Cardano. The other cities, will be invited to proceed virtual piloting, where we will onboard their local cultural and artist communities.

Our team already received over 50 artistic, cultural and Web3 contents that we will broadcast on two televisions, which will interact with public at two physical pilots we are executing this 28th of October and 2nd of November at a the local Community Center AWKA (https://www.instagram.com/p/Cj5kBbVOitj/?hl=en) located at La Reina, Santiago de Chile.

There, we will expose Cardano Catalyst as a supporter entity, as well as Web3 education in general, and regarding our decentralized social platform that will re-launch on November.

In terms of our private space exploration, we have leads with at least 5 spaces, to execute more phygital pilots. The new collaborators might be DART Film Festival (https://dart-festival.com/), Area boutique coffee (https://www.instagram.com/), along with the LGBTIQANB+ Comunidiad Cultural Rogelia (https://instagram.com/ccrogelia/), and other diverse spaces.

• We strategically defined that we will invite a diverse sample of all Cardano Catalyst proposers whose proposals operate or have been related to any of the following topics: Latin America or 'arts and culture' in Spanish.

• We created a database where we identified at least 100 proposals that are related to one of these topics, which we have uploaded as evidence (*). We will guide these groups to interact and collaborate with each other through our platform that integrates social interaction and Web3 tools, on Deso Blockchain.

• There, participants are able to experiment a Multi-Chain web3 space where they can easily connect and interact, while making use of a set of Web3 tools such as Diamonds, DAO Coins and NFTs which may offer a more Web3 immersive social experience than the ones offered by the Catalyst community most used platforms to socialize, such as Telegram, Instagram and Discord (Web2).

• From this web3-immersive social interaction, which we will encourage among the participants, community, our team will be able to measure and describe the events that the interaction entail and several KPIs that Cardano Catalyst seeks to promote in this cross-chain challenge. Letting us to understand the most used tools and onboarding methods from Cardano.

• Our platform was launched back on May of this year with 60 local artistic, cultural and web3 agents, and and it's currently being improved to launch back on November. We have presented its progress in our $9.250 Dapps and Integrations proposal (#800012).

Last month we have defined to expand our cross-chain integration between Deso and Cardano (communitary and technical), to include Metamask (and communities on Ethereum) integration through the new Deso 3.0 version that integrates Metamask features on it's core code.

This new feature, that wasn't initially expected in our proposal, will enhance our mission to relate communities from other blockchains with Cardano and Catalyst communities.

In that line, we have not only defined 7 Cardano projects with which we are looking forward to collaborate with (ALDEA DAO, Chile Stake Po, Latam Cardano, Smart Places Protocol, Sustainable ADA and SIMPLE Cardano), but also integrate Latin-american Web3 communities that relate with Ethereum.

We also want to note that we assisted to Ethereum Santiago 2022, the largest anual Web3 event of Chile, where we actively participated and related with Web3 projects not only build on Ethereum, but also Solana, Polygon and other second and third generation protocols.

The social-blockchain protocol we are currently using and looking forward to integrate with Cardano, is Deso blockchain. We aim that this integration facilitates the testing of proof-of-concept social-community-DAO dapps built on Cardano and Deso.

Deso blockchain core team announced on June 2022 that they where going to launch an Ethereum integration that could become a protocol for other Blockchains to join as well.

Last week, Deso blockchain finally released their Metamask integration, repositories we are currently studying in order to visualize how Cardano could be integrated in a similar manner using ADA Handle (https://adahandle.com/) or other provider.

We have started to receive contents (creations, goods, services, events) that will be displayed on displays at public and private spaces.

In order to do it on public spaces, we are currently jointly preparing a presentation for chilean municipalities that consider tourism as fundamental. This, together with chilean tourism office (SERNATUR).

While for public spaces, we are confirming a diverse variety of local places of the chilean capital city, such as:

Cooperativa Local operation will continue with focus on achieving its product-market fit on Latinamerican market.

In order to do that, we are currently defining our brand and communication strategy to prepare for the public launch in September of our social web3-app on Deso Blockchain, as our last launch was mainly private with 60 cultural agents.

We will methodologically evaluate our product by periodically interviewing users to enhance its overall experience in time, as well estimate the development of new features such as POAPS and our B2B and B2G services related with the platform.

On top of that, we are studying the most suitable ways in which our social web3-app could include Cardano interoperability and onboard communities such as Catalyst, together with any ADA community related with Latinamerican purposes.

We diagnosed that It will be better to define the precise Dapp integration when our Cross-Chain Collaboration project between Deso and Cardano is formally lead by a Cardano professional developer that would relate with our Deso Developer (Rafael) and Deso Developers Representative (Andrzej).

To attain that role, we have worked on the onboarding of a local Cardano leader such as Rodrigo Oyarzún, CEO of the largest local stake pool: Chile Stake Po.

Moreover, we have we have activated ourselves on LATAM Cardano Community in order to get closer to local developers with Cardano experience, that could help the execution of our proposal together with our formal team.

We have had a lead with Rodrigo Oyarzún, CEO of the largest Cardano Staking Pool of Chile as well as the largest local Cardano Community, in order to explore manners in which he -as well as the community he lead- could relate with our project and our DeSo-Cardano cross-chain initiative.

Our goal for this Fund (Dapps and Integrations) is to deliver the technical research and conclude the most feasible integration for the short-term between Cardano Blockchain and our web-app that runs on Deso Blockchain. We are currently comparing different alternatives, preferentially from Latin-American based Cardano developers, such as Tango Crypto.

We are going to pitch our project in Startup Chile "Pitch Day" this 15th of June.

We would like to know more about the help that Catalyst can give us with the search of a representative developer of the ecosystem.

We're going to end this challenge earlier than informed in the onboarding form. The change is 31/12/2022 to 30/09/2022. This is because we want accelerate the technical validation with developers of Cardano.

We are about to launch or first prototype with high-functionality of NFTs, Social Tokens and DAO. We are on track and looking for more funding.
