Meeting between several members of ASPA - coordinated in early November, concerning the GOMA stakepool and activities therein.

Outreach - Request from community member within Cardano for contacts on DeFi training and workshop hosting.

• Portal under testing currently for 2 months (testing the platform in order to maximize usage and engagement by participants)

Outreach - Seeking other partners beyond universities, branching into hackerspaces and hobbyshops. (Lack of response from universities means we will change our design outreach approach) Website - Pending release of the Cardano hubs website, with a micro-site built in for the mobile hub.

Development - Utilizing ASPA for relevant IPSOs. (Talks of boosting network presence through the marketing of token offerings)

Research - Structure of a start-up weekend event, applied to the virtual setting. Enquiries - Sent to organizers of start-up weekend in order to gather materials and insights. Content - Handouts to be created for each of the 5 days, with daily tasks relevant to a particular business area.

Events - Next ASPA monthly booked. Content - Document structure outline. Onboarding - New stakepool joined ASPA (Goma).

Speaker wishlist - Wishlist created of speakers invited to event. Roles assigned - For the CC team, roles have now been identified and assigned. Participation form - Form has been created and distributed for event pre-registration for those interested in participating.

Outreach - University of Monterrey contacted for student design collaboration. Location - For the design stage, it can be done remotely, for the build stage, North America, specially southern US states or Mexico. Website - Will be hosted on an existing site related to Cardano hubs. Resources will go towards updates and a separate newsletter.

Research - Structure of a business hackathon, run for 48-54 hours Enquiries - Sent to organizers of similar events for feedback and materials Content - 5 days of startup workshops and lecture, followed by the 3-day hackathon

Seeking testers for the portal - Creating a small team in order to test the functionality of the portal, add features if needed and get clear on the utility of the portal, before public applications open.
