Objectives Completed. Preparation of presenters and presentation slide decks. Online and offline marketing of the event. Hosting of mini-seminars across universities to spread awareness. Visiting government officials' offices to give out invitations. Booking of flight tickets and hotels for external presenters. Hotel reservation for external team members. Recipient of external team members (presenters) to South Africa. We would demonstrate our ability to boost Cardano/Catalyst adoption in South Africa by hosting our grand outreach event. Payment of incentives to presenters. External team members travel back to their respective destinations. Conduct an online exam to evaluate the attendees. Conduct an online survey to collate suggestions.

Since the receipt of the initial batch, we have been able to achieve our first four milestones as stated in our proposal. These milestones has to do with;

1. Booking of event space/hall
2. Booking of catering services
3. Booking of coverage personnel and/or equipments
4. Preparation of presentation slide decks Aside from these main milestones, our marketing and organizing teams have started deploying their activities to ensure that we have a successful event on the 10th. We are also looking for an office space that could be rented prolly for 1 or more years to further engage our event participants especially in the field of development to ensure the long term impact.
