The Doctrine:

1. I believe that in today’s world society is capable of living as equals, coherently, without division into social statuses.
2. I believe that the world economy should be united into a single network, with no division into backward or successful countries.
3. I believe that all the world’s capital should belong to every individual on an equal footing.
4. I believe that every individual should have the opportunity to participate in the management and development of the world economy.
5. I believe that all members of this new community must trust each other as their own kindred spirits.
6. I believe that by operating with the concepts of trustworthiness, prudence, and well-being, we can improve the quality of our lives.

On the basis of the above, I propose to create a network called BLAGO. The very notion of Бла́го (eng. Good) is anything that is capable of meeting people’s needs, doing good; something good, kind, useful.

As I see it, BLAGO is not just a blockchain application, but on the contrary, the blockchain infrastructure is part of the BLAGO system.

In my mind, the BLAGO system is not just a blockchain application, but instead the blockchain infrastructure is part of the BLAGO system. The other parts of the system are messenger, social network, voting platform, marketplace, and other things that help the community interact with each other. The whole idea is more ideology than technology. That is, modern technology such as blockchain helps realize a new decentralized state.

The main goals of this network are: 1) reliably account for all the world’s finances, 2) accurately assess any financial transaction; 3) create a reliable voting and governance system; 4) lay down principles for creating, accounting for and implementing the needs of each individual and community as a whole; 5) create a social network for free communication; 6) create a free marketplace to sell any goods and services; 7) reliably account and identify its users; 9) other.

In this context, BLAGO is a smart contract implemented on the Cardano blockchain (but I must clarify that it does not matter in principle which blockchain will be used in this network, as the blockchain is a part, not the whole, and here it acts as software. In the first realization of this project I used BNB Chain 0x1b1f6f336ebc0d596b1abb7e05cf6e4b89adf1c9, and now I choose Cardano because it has many pros and a strong community. But if the community itself decides to use a different, more efficient solution, no one can oppose it).

The creator address of this smart contract has certain features (capabilities): 1) can mint new native tokens; 2) can burn its native tokens; 3) can create NFT tokens; 4) can burn its NFT tokens; 5) can send tokens to other users; 6) can accept tokens to its address; 7) can transfer the same rights to another address to interact with this smart contract; 8) can initiate voting; 9) can participate in other users’ votes; 10) other.

In order to implement this task, some rules need to be adopted and approved.

1. All of the world’s finances, assets, values, what can be evaluated in monetary terms, we link to Bitcoin (the sum of all the world’s money = the number of bitcoins in circulation).
2. Any financial transaction is equated in relation to bitcoin and local currency.
3. Assets of each community member are counted, summed up and tokens are issued, which provide liquidity to the whole BLAGO network (deposits in banks, real estate, financial assets and so on).
4. Any need within the community is created as an NFT token and put up on the marketplace, this token is moved within the community if someone in the community can meet that need, or put up for sale outside the community if outside funding is needed.
5. New members are added to the BLAGO network through invitations to its existing members and an identity system, which eliminates the entry of bad guys or bots.
6. A hierarchy system exists to make the most important decisions, which is built on the degree of “affinity” and the number of good and useful deeds done.

I have tried to formulate my idea in simple language, but I have not covered the full significance of this project. Globally speaking, BLAGO is a unified network of the future, for everyone, managed by its entire community.

[IMPACT] Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

BLAGO = goodness, usefulness. And it can be done now, since all the technology is available to us. Parts of this system (native tokens, NFT, voting system, …) have already been implemented on the Cardano blockchain, it remains to put this together and reinforce it with a new ideology, or rather the certainty that it is time for our liberation from the politics of separate and different parts of power.

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

The risk is that I personally cannot implement this network and do not quite understand what kind of team I need. That is why I turn to a strong community, where there is a lot of experience and qualification. That together we will find the right approach and solution.

For example, the amount of funding for my project of $ 1 million was taken “from nothing”, as a beautiful sum of money, a dream of many. I do not pursue the goal of personal enrichment, because in theory, soon all the money will belong to everyone equally!

Of course, I understand that we need programmers, testers, management, marketers, etc., but the amount of work, timing and funding is impossible to estimate yet, I rely only on your experience and mentorship.

[FEASIBILITY] Please provide a detailed plan, including timeline and key milestones for delivering your proposal.

1. Creating, testing and launching a smart contract with functions: a) creating/burning new tokens, b) creating/burning NFT tokens, c) delegating rights, d) voting. Deadline: 60 days.
2. Creating the first demand in the form of an NFT token, selling it on the marketplace. Term: 14 days.
3. Digitization of received funds, transferring it to liquidity. Term: 14 days.
4. Delegation of rights to the new user, creation of the second and third needs, selling on the marketplace, increasing liquidity. Term: 14 days.
5. Creating the scanner to monitor the network and its key parameters: (the number of users, the amount of needs, liquidity, etc.). Term: 60 days.
6. Creation of a Telegram bot, web site and mobile application for easy interaction with the smart contract. Time frame: 90 days.
7. Conducting the first online voting. Term: 14 days.
8. Connecting the first 100 - 1000 users, digitizing their needs and assets. Time frame: 30 days.

Deadlines are set approximate, depending on the team that will work on this project, as well as the amount and timing of funding. Some processes may run in parallel, which will accelerate the overall launch of the BLAGO network. Plus it is worth taking into account the work that will affect the promotion and capture of the audience, such as: the creation of the site, information in social networks, posts in the channels, news in the media, etc.

Salaries of programmers and testers (5 people for 1 year) - $ 400,000;

Salaries to marketers and developers of the site and content (5 people for 1 year) - $100,000;

Remuneration of project managers (3 people for 1 year) - $100,000;

Advertising budget (1 year) - $300 000;

Contingencies (1 year) - $100,000.

In the event that I receive support from the Catalyst community, even if I do not, I will try to get your attention. But if I get this grand, I will do everything to stay forever in the Cardano blockchain and improve this world.

After all, in my opinion, projects that set themselves the goal of capturing the market or personal enrichment, and so on, take a step back, continuing to work on an outdated political and financial systems. Everything needs to be built anew and collectively for the common BLAGO (GOOD).

The result of our actions will be the erasure of state borders, the unification of mankind into a single community, the cessation of wars and conflicts, conspiracies and lies on a global scale will come out, poverty and social inequality will disappear. The whole human world will live as a single organism: united, calm and confident. Prosperous times will come.
