We bring the alternative with a few questions that the users have to answer and the human work will enable the acount in similar way that sending ADA in other exchange.

The first part of the roadmap is already in progress. The NFT Market Place will be enable to use in December.
The First part of the budget will be used in the second stage of the roadmap: Marketing and publicity.
We are going to use the budget to make a strong campaign of Marketing in three diferent stages:
- National [Argentina] 2) Latin American, 3) Global.
In that order we need the first 20% of the budget asigned for publicity and marketing strategies.
The second part of the budget will be used in the third part of the roadmap Growth and expansion.
In that order we are going to use other 20% of the budget to increase the human working in the project.
The next 55% of the budget will be used to replace the human working with smart contracts.
- What will be the metrics of the proposal (KPIs), which allow monitoring the progress of the proposal.
The first part of the roadmap will be simply be monitored with the launch of the NFT Store in the page www.cardano.ar.
For the stages two and three we are going to use the 5% of the budget to hire an economic study to make an auditory that will be used to clarify numbers in order to have transparency in the project.
- Definition of success after 3, 6 and 12 months
3 Months: Market place online, first users.
6 Months: Strong Marketing campaign. Strong increment in the users.
12 Months very high traffic in the Market Place and launching smart contracts.
