Please describe your proposed solution.
Relevant to:
- Developers looking for the ultimate reach in scalability, a dapp store that automatically brings users to the dapp, rather than requiring additional marketing. E.g. imagine listing your dapp on Apple Store where users then come across your dapp while discussing related topics on Twitter.
- Thought leaders looking to contribute to the ‘Manhattan Project’ of web3 marketplaces — ready to strike at the center of web2 economics. Opportunity for advisory positions as we piece this mega puzzle together.
Outputs:
- An open-source components library core including ‘apps’ that can be integrated via the no-code UI builder for a kick-start to Billy’s infinitely customizable web3 marketplace.
- A ‘premium’ App Store (itself built from open source components) allowing any developer to add any app at any price option (including various reputation rating features that Billy can choose).
- Cross-solution integrations for data hosting and distribution (such as IPFS, Graph, centralized hosting, Blockchains, P2P torrent style hosting, etc).
Outcomes:
- A globally recognized brand that can grow to rival Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, Patreon, and all of the other centrally controlled and monetized social networks and marketplaces.
- A UI account that allows newbie web3 users to build their replacement/alternative digital life experience beyond web2.
Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.
This is an explorative proposal for a broad scope marketplace opportunity, towards the challenge goal to "increasingly become the better alternatives over current centralized providers" as per the challenge via a decentralized autonomous marketplace.
What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?
Individual developers more focused on separate dapp executions rather than a diligent paced layered approach to collaborating on a grander integration towards a multi component marketplace.
Significant technical hurdles may exist in the necessary architecture. Project may require multiple phases to launch a public brand.
