Andre Tuwan YouTube channel has been established since 2019 and officially became a micro influencer (channel with 10k-100k subscribers) in April 2021. As of June 2022, Andre Tuwan's YouTube channel already has more than 48 thousand subscribers and has been watched by more than 5.6 million people.
We see that Andre Tuwan YouTube channel has a high level of engagement with viewers through interaction in the comments column. This can also be seen from the trust of several local brands (such as Neo Commerce Bank, OCBC Bank, and Jenius by BTPN) who trust us to promote their digital banking application to our audience.
We want to use this channel to help the Cardano community promote apps, tokens, NFT, and other ecosystems to Indonesians. We will upload 1 educational video every week to be an information center and each video will be equipped with multichannel marketing to be able to win more traffic. One of the advantages of multichannel marketing is the existence of a consistent or continuous process of delivering branding messages.
We will use TikTok, IG Reels and YT short to promote the content that has been created. In addition, we will also add English subtitles so that global viewers who find our videos through the YouTube / Google search engine can understand the information conveyed in the video. We plan to using this following material as a basis for educational video :

We often see brands doing promotions to sales through social media. By uploading content on social media, we give viewers the opportunity to view and provide feedback on the content that has been uploaded. While other blockchains are actively reaching out to Indonesian influencers to talk and promote their systems, it is very rare for them to talk about cardano. This shows that there is plenty of room to actively promote cardano.
We believe that Cardano should have a representative figure and actively speak about Cardano at all times. And like the snowball effect, more people will use Cardano and share experiences while investing time, money and energy to build the Cardano Ecosystem. YouTube Statistic show Andre Tuwan have strong relationships with his followers. He respond quickly and frequently with personalized responses when their followers reach out.
Besides that, 92% of consumers say they’re more likely to trust their peers over advertising. In niche communities, this goes double. Testimonial or mention from a micro-influencer brings the weight of authenticity. As key opinion leaders in our niche, we know audience demographic inside and out.

What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?
Although our target market is Indonesians, we determined to add English subtitles to every video. It aims to catch attention from non-Indonesians but get referrals from search engine for watching videos through the SEO (search engine optimization) attached to the media platform. So even if there are no native-speaking cardano influencers at viewers mother tongue, they can still understand the information conveyed in the video
The second risk is that we won't be able to produce and upload videos every week due to any circumstances. And to overcome this we using freelancer to help video production. In addition, We plan to create a work plan that will allow us to make video productions in multiple batches so that we don't miss the timeline.
The final risk is the lack of interaction due to too few viewers. For that, we will trigger audience interaction through live events such as QnA (question and answer) and GA (giveaways) for 3 people every month.
