The publication will function in correspondence to feedback given by the Cardano community.

Medium.com has very high domain authority with Google. The Cryptocurrency topic has over 500,000 articles published and is the second-most popular topic on Medium currently. This is a wonderful opportunity to reach a very large audience.

It will require excellent articles with great copy. Exclusive interviews with the Cardano community and its founders. To make this the source for Cardano news on Medium.

Based on the topics of interest and votes and community feedback, I will tailor my articles. Promising at least one article per day for the duration of one month. 30 articles with up to five-minute read time, with the exception of interview articles which shall typically go longer.

Any articles that go viral will be curated by Medium, and experience further distribution. This is an added perk of publishing articles on Medium.

Whatever topic that's Cardano-related we can include in this publication. So long as it does not violate Medium's Terms of Service.

This publication will help distribute information regarding developments in Cardano and build excitement with the community. It will encourage open discussions, and easily share the articles on Twitter, Facebook, Discord, and Telegram.

Having too many writers involved. I wish to start with one other editor, maximum to start. I was thinking Kriss Baird. If Kriss wants more on the team, I'm fine with it. However, the editorial content needs to be perfect, and held to the highest standard for it to be well-received on Medium enough to be curated for further distribution, which is what we want.

As soon as this project is funded I start writing.

All deliverables will be available same-day. 30-days of writing. I'd like to do one interview per week with key members of the Cardano Foundation that are willing to speak about new developments coming down the pike.

The budget for $33,999 is determined as follows:

• $750 per article delivered. Includes copy, formatting, and design.
• 30 articles promised, one per day, to start when funding is approved.
• $750 x 30 = $22,500

Design of the publication (including custom art and logos for Ada's Place) = $1,500

Editing and additions to any of the 30 articles as needed is included, as well as the conducting of interviews, promotion on social media outlets (including thread copy), and overall management of the publication on Medium–covers the remainder of the funding ($9,999).

One editor to be announced in addition to my responsibilities as Editor in Chief and this shall expand as needed based on the flow of editorial.

Medium.com provides advanced statistics to see audience engagement over time. Including how many people have clicked on and read the articles, how many left comments and claps ('claps' are Medium's equivalent to 'likes'), and whether or not the article was chosen for further distribution by Medium.

As my followers increase (currently at 420) so shall exposure to these articles. It's a snowball effect.

That said, anytime you wish for statistics, they are easily provided.

Success is getting at least one of the 30 articles to be considered for further distribution by Medium. Or to have an article go viral.

I would love to see at least 50% of the people who clicked through, to read the articles to the end. So we know we're reaching an audience that's interested in the articles. I also would like to see comments on each article. At least 1-2 if not more.

Once there is greater interest generated with readers on Medium, I wish to refer them to the Catalyst Discord and Telegram channels, so someone may speak with them, and explain more about the opportunities available here at Cardano.

While this is a publishing project like Fund6 Books for Blocks, this time I am taking on more of an active role, working directly with the Medium and Cardano communities, while writing and distributing content daily–acting as a bridge between the two.
