I can incentivize valuable Psychedelic Decriminalization dialogue locally using this Catalyst proposal's budget to put on a Discussion event with City Council with 3 Discussions over 3 months where all proceeds go to a local Seal Beach mental health business or charity of the City Council's choice (inspired by the MAPS Global Psychedelic Dinners). Potentially the Discussion can be over dinner? But doubtful.

3. After mentioning how I funded these Psychedelic Decriminalization discussions through Project Catalyst, I can potentially gain the City's trust (after paying the mental health business or charity 3 times) to create CNFT "memes" from these City Council Meetings as We discuss Psychedelic Decriminalization. The CNFT "memechanism" can serve as an example to be Decentralized to other locales, for there, local issues, cultures, and currencies. These "memes" can be sold with all proceeds going to a local Seal Beach mental health business or charity of the City Council's choice. The CNFT "memes" can also provide royalties to that local Seal Beach mental health business or charity which introduces the concept of royalties to a politician. These "memes" can serve as a means of introduction to onboarding the City Council to Cardano or cryptocurrency in general.

4. By first implementing this incentivized valuable dialogue and CNFT "memechanism" stack through Cardano's Project Catalyst community, the blockchain/local city governance relationship is put to a real world innovation test in mediation for mutual benefit. Personally, I have not heard of something like this before, but the real world integration with pre-existing governance matches Cardano's Atala Prism based ID in Ethiopia and MOUs with South Korea and Georgia.

5. If funded, this proposal provides me with the discussion time locally and the community support non-locally to further the goal of locally deduced Psychedelic Decriminalization & CNFT "memechanism" induced Decentralization.

6. If funded, I am verifiably showing that the Project Catalyst innovation fund rewards the courage needed for innovation. “Courage is not simply one of the virtues but the form of every virtue at the testing point, which means at the point of highest reality” (C.S. Lewis, The Screwtape Letters).

10. Simultaneously, Psychedelics provide the most useful experiences to form a community and the most useless experiences to communicate with a community that criminalizes Psychedelic experience. Which community are We?

11. The Miscellaneous Challenge is a challenge asking for new ideas within what is already an innovation fund, so at the least, this is a new idea I believe.

12. My budget will just be the $500,000 / ~ # of proposals. This is more in line with how I believe a Miscellaneous Challenge should give funds, for many Miscellaneous proposals will fail if the proposals are truly Miscellaneous new ideas that do not fit into another category. But maybe one Miscellaneous proposal will end up paying for all the rest.

13. This proposal lays the conceptual framework of the incentivized valuable dialogue and CNFT "memechanism" stack that can be iterated upon through Project Catalyst for any discussion.

This proposal has already led to more interaction and openness in the Project Catalyst community surrounding Psychedelics, hopefully pushing others to say to themselves, "Well if he's being that Miscellaneous, maybe I should push the ideas I'm passionate about a little further!" This may inspire more people inside and outside of Project Catalyst to contribute.

15. Cardano's Project Catalyst is a technical community, so collaboration with my proposal can give individuals the chance to support technically without voicing their opinions directly.

16. The main challenge is overcoming the historically recent cultural indoctrination of the individuals that lack the directly felt, immediate experience of Psychedelics. The War on Drugs has created a blanket "drug bad" emotional sentiment that ignores Psychedelic Science.

17. If my topic of Psychedelic Decriminalization is not "agendized" by a Council member, there is no way to obligate City Council to discuss a topic. I can incentivize dialogue about Psychedelic Decriminalization with this proposal's budget and use the CNFT "memechanism" that profits the local mental health business or charity. However, explaining this proposal to Project Catalyst is difficult, let alone onboarding City Council. (Worth the try though…) If City Council does not want to discuss within 3 months, I donate the Catalyst fund money to a psychedelic mental health charity.

18. The NFTs can be made with no code, but the city may want something special that requires a programmer. This budget is slim after paying for the charity benefit discussions, so that may need to wait until a further funding round.

3. Write out a thorough terms and conditions for Psychedelic Decriminalization in Seal Beach for City Council that has the best chance of passing (based on the Discussion.) Ask for a vote or a date when a vote can take place.

Hi all, I’m still learning about the more technical aspects of Cardano, so take what I have to say with a grain of salt but that salt can also be the Catalyst: Girolamo Cardano’s contribution to hypocycloids (as seen in the Cardano logo) are essential for the first high-speed printing presses which contribute to the Renaissance and Scientific Revolution. Blockchain technology is often compared to the printing press, in its ability to decentralize information, but crucially, it is also printing onto one continuous piece of paper a la Ouroboros. This symbol is known worldwide as the eternal cycle of birth, death, and rebirth, and in this context, Ouroboros is a symbol for all social hierarchies. Cardano’s Ouroboros symbolizes this hierarchy with 432,000 slots, in a possible reference not only to the Great Pyramid of Giza which measures at its base ~1/432,000 of the equatorial circumference of the Earth and at its height ~1/432,000 of the polar radius of Earth, but also the radius of the Sun at ~432,000 miles. This Sun reference leads me to Mary Shelley’s sci-fi novel Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus, in which Dr. Frankenstein creates the Creature through Galvanism (electrical current). Prometheus, in versions of Greek mythology, is the Titan who creates humans in the image of the gods so that they can have a spirit breathed into them at the behest of Zeus (God of lightning). Zeus keeps fire from mankind, so Prometheus leads a “revolution”against Zeus’s social hierarchy, taking back the fire (technology) from Zeus to give to man and in doing so creates a new human civilization. So, if you followed that, the implications of Cardano’s logosphere point to a systematic ability to revolutionize all social hierarchies. Hoping to start from first principles so we can all get on the same page!
