E-assidano for business management

[IMPACT] Please describe your proposed solution.

E-assidano for business management is the ideal solution for managing a company from an administrative point of view. Every company is looking for an efficient way of keeping and preserving its administrative and financial documents for as long as possible: letters, contracts, proofs of payment, invoices, … As many current systems are more manual or based on unreliable servers, causing serious problems of loss, clutter and above all security, we first want to set up an archiving system based on the cardano network in which every document is protected by a token and access is entirely restricted to those entitled to it. Document archiving will be carried out via an intelligent contract that will create an NFT for each document. Secondly, as current bank payment systems are very costly in terms of transaction fees and even less secure, we prefer to base financial transactions on the Cardano blockchain and payments in ADA. As the application is based on a subscription system, users will have to pay in ADA. For the personnel management system, which includes agent remuneration, we plan to write an intelligent contract that will take care not only of salary calculations but also, and above all, of remunerating agents via their wallets, which will increase the use of ADA and make processes very flexible.

[IMPACT] How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

The blockchain-based archiving system will undoubtedly expand the community;
As the entire payment system is based on Cardano (ADA), there will be the creation of several wallets and increased use and demand for the ADA crypto, which is an advantage for the ecosystem,

The promotion we've done up to this point means we're confident that by the end of development we'll have 10 direct customers, with an average staff size of 9 agents.

[IMPACT] How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

Our forecast is as follows:

One month after the complete development of the application, we expect to make the 10 companies a reality,
Each company can create an unlimited number of users for its account.
A company archives an average of 10 documents per day, which would give us around 100 transactions on the Cardano network per day, for archiving only.
For payments and remunerations, the use of ADAs will be effective and extended to agents' expenses.

[IMPACT] Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

We are willing to give some access to our database as well as to the admin dashboard summarizing in staitistics the requests and the companies registered on our system in order to make the follow-up very easy.

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

First of all, the project is already up and running, and parts of it can already be commercialized. To achieve this, my team and I have shown discipline and realism when it comes to the success of the project with the funds we have self-financed. Our technical and managerial experience has kept us going for over 6 months now. So we're capable of pursuing the dream we've been striving for, and we're convinced that we'll succeed, once again. It's worth noting that this isn't the first time we've worked on an application project, and we've mastered the work.

[CAPABILITY/ FEASIBILITY] What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

The general objectives of our proposal are as follows:

To make the management of administrative assistants' daily tasks simpler, more flexible and more efficient, for companies.
To make a company's global management branches digital in order to facilitate several processes, for companies
Ensure the security of sensitive company data (especially archives)
Promote the use of blockchain in general and Cardano in particular, with a focus on decentralized applications.
Promote the use of the ADA crypto by realizing all the application's financial transactions with this currency.
The successful completion of our project will also lead to the preservation of ecology and the environment by combating paper archives.

[RESOURCES & VALUE FOR MONEY] How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

From the outset, the computers we use are no longer responding very well in terms of performance. They therefore need to be replaced to facilitate development. For salaries, we've based ourselves on current standards in our region, without going below or above them.
