Haskell/Plutusの理解を促す「Learn and Earn」による参加インセンティブがあるスペイン語の学習プラットフォーム

Problem:

ラテンアメリカの大学では、haskellやplutusを学ぶ道はあまりありません。ブロックチェーンを技術的に理解するためには、これらの学習が不可欠です。

[IMPACT]

Our team will be partnering with Techademia to implement a handcrafted, Learn To Earn course with a year of development in selected universities in LatAm. Networking events that are organized in Ecuador and Paraguay with a focus in Cuenca and Asuncion will be used as a way to launch the d-edTech in surrounding regions. The course is specifically designed to be an introductory set of lessons, educating students on the intricacies of blockchain technology. Students will utilize a project-based course similar to Gimbalabs built for spanish speakers. Major concepts that will be taught but not limited to include:

Introduction to the Cardano Platform

Smart contracts in a plutus space

Writing your first smart contract: Locking funds for the future.

Simple payment smart contract

Authorize payment smart contract

Pay unless explicit rejection smart contract

Our team's main concerns include recruitment of students, website infrastructure maintenance, along with scaling of the d-edTech platform. Our goal is to incentivize students to continue blockchain education however in order to achieve this goal, we will need support from the Cardano investor community and local governments to achieve self sustainability.

We are concerned with recruitment and infrastructure maintenance as well as scaling. We want the students that we incentivize to keep learning but to do this we will need the support of the community to maintain a platform that can be self sustainable. We hope to achieve this by actively marketing and support from the cardano community/investors/local governments

[FEASIBILITY]

Short-Mid Term (1-3 Months)

Partnership with Techademia is finalized. Curriculum Developed. Open-source code available for people to contribute

Mid Term (3-12 Months)

Deploy the beta for the platform in around 7 months from funding date with incentivization method implemented a handful of professors onboarded to begin teaching

Long Term (12 months-36 months) Success

Success will be achieved if we generate between 50,000 enrollments in the first 3 years of operation. With at least 10% of these enrollments acquiring jobs

Operational Costs (Hardware/Software infrastructure)

Total: $2,000

Educational Content Creators (Includes recruitment of instructors)

Course Production Budget: $7,000

Incentives for Adoption (Learn to Earn, Wifi Access, Computer Access)

Total: $18,000

Budget Requested: $27,000

[AUDITABILITY]

Numbers of students enrolled in class

Number of student turned into developers and hired

Number of Universities onboarded

Report an increase in the issuance of token rewards to students who complete a course (Correlated to Completion Rates)

Platform can be self sustainable

Recruit at least two academic advisors from different countries in LatAm

Recruit at least two members of local government officials

Success for our project is an increase in the number of students who can use haskell/plutus and implement creative ideas with their knowledge. Another metric of success will be if the platform has become sustainable through its incentivization method

This will be a continuation and expansion of a course already in development funded in F5 and F7 by DeFi Discussions LLC and Techademia. We are developing a partnership
