Collecting this information will be done in open sessions using Miro Board.

As we go through the collected resources we will learn to understand what is required to run an Innovation Fund process.

We can also use the research to map problems and help with improving Catalyst processes.

This research is focused on Catalyst Community who already has experience participating in Project Catalyst

This Miro Board will be quite a nice place for resource links and onboarding information.

The more people understand how Innovation Fund works and what needs to be done the easier it is to collaborate and have meaningful participation.

My hypothesis is that this proposal will increase applications in leadership positions.

This project results could be communicated through Swarm Network and Catalyst Circle

I'm currently spread thin across many projects so if there is a blocker or misunderstanding of the next steps it could take several days before I am able to have full focus on solving the issues.

Luckily all the projects I am involved with are related to Project Catalyst so my strategy is to make sure the end result is useful even if I am late to deliver on the proposal.

This time I will also attempt to scale the team with incentives.

At least 1 session per week.

Some of the work will already be completed before we know the funding results.

I have hands-on knowledge of most of the roles and have actively been learning to understand Innovation Fund from all side of aspects

I have the experience of facilitating workshops to acquire required information.

This Miro Board is ready when it has most of the relevant role activities visualized on the templates. I would like the community members to start using this research for their upcoming proposals as references or updates on the Miro Board to keep it up to date.

I would say it's not directly related to my past proposals.
