This proposal proposes an on-boarding to the Innovatio community, as it has a very promising target audience for the Project Catalyst ecosystem.

This on-boarding will focus on facilitating the adoption of blockchain technology and facilitating access and engagement with the Catalyst community, both for entrepreneurs, developers, and consumers.

The proposal is designed to offer as a value proposition the possibilities offered by Project Catalyst in terms of funding and technology development in Cardano's Web 3.

As well as job opportunities for freelancers and social involvement opportunities in the DAOs.

On-Boarding's proposal fits into the following Challenge guidelines.

• Increase awareness and adoption of Project Catalyst in digital and innovative communities.

• Increase engagement in the Innovatio community, giving more value and visibility to active Catalyst members.

• Increase awareness of the different Project Catalyst communities, tools, and projects, increasing their use.

• Reuse and leverage content and activities produced by other communities in the ecosystem.

We see no significant challenges in the development of this proposal.

[FEASIBILITY]

This onboarding plan is aimed at attracting entrepreneurs and early-adopters from the Innovatio community, taking advantage of the innovation, experience, and commitment that this audience has in digital environments.

This plan is composed of the following:

• Weekly newsletter on Discord and Social Networks with all Catalyst information. (Activities of other communities, TownHalls and IOGs Events or related).

• Compose infographics of the Catalyst ecosystem to make it easier for members to move within the community.

• Develop animated videos for Instagram ad campaign targeting Catalyst opportunities.

Newsletter activities will be available immediately with proposal funding, infographics, and animated videos for Catalyst ad campaigns and community information will begin to be seen starting week 3.

This content has to be organized and developed, it will be free to use for the whole community and will allow having infographics of the ecosystem in real-time. (It will be open to the community itself to contribute information from it).

This on-boarding plan will require hiring a full time Catalyst person to do the weekly newsletter, collect information, contact projects and communities, so the breakdown is as follows.

• Hire Brand Ambassador in Catalyst: $1,600 x 3 months.

• Budget for Infographics and Animated Videos: $600 x 3 months.

• Budget for Instagram ADS: $1,600 x 3 months.

Total: $11,400

1) Evolution of Interactions and impressions on social media posts.

2) People actively talking about Catalyst or Cardano in the community.

3) Catalyst community projects that are active within the Innovatio community.

4) Amount of infographics and diagrams to understand the Catalyst ecosystem.

The proposal would be doing its job well if it boosts the adoption of Project Catalyst in the Innovatio community, bringing entrepreneurial, innovative, revolutionary and interactive users to the ecosystem.
