[IMPACT]

Solution.

Build a dao of small farmers that allows them to organize and collaborate with each other and implement inclusive business models betweem farmers and buyers, making transfers of value throuhg minted NFTs that proof the owneship of an agricultural asset.

Main features:

Completely visible framework
No single person is in charge, and it can be verified at multiple points.
Any DAO member can view any financial aspect of the firm without difficulty, making it publicly auditable.
Changes to the code or protocol must be voted on in a transparent manner.
DeFi, NFT, and utilitarian use cases can all be built into the system.

User profile.

the Dao will be founded by Small farmers in Latam who face challenges such a low productivity, financial exclusion and poor access to markets.

Impact of the user group.

The DAO will be useful for this community because each member could connect and grow with each other ,enabling bargaining power and access to fairer markets, design and implement inclusive business model between this farmers and buyers.

The transactions between farmers and buyer will be through the exchange of NFTs that represents the owneship of an aggricultural asset.

Addressing the challenge.

The proposal address the challenge because we´re trying to solve a problem "Small farmers lack in self-organizing and self-governing production", we propose a self-governace for this farmers.

We want to add value to the Cardano´s ecosystem by creating the DAO, creating native tokens and NFTs, and make trnasactions with ADA between farmers ans buyers.

We will align with challenge KPIs in this way:

Build a production pilot
A great number of holders of this descentralized identity.

It is important to carry out an adequate onboarding process that allows establishing a relationship of trust with the farmers.

Detailed Plan and Timeline.

I have to be honest, I know that the goal is to build the DAO and create decentralized identities for farmers.

The proposal that I made in fund7 is the base to be able to implement the current proposal. A couple of weeks ago we received the funds to start working, so we are really starting, 3 months from now, which is when the funds from the fund8 are received, I am sure that we will have made several advances for the implementation of this proposal.

I will present the road map from today to 3 months

Tasks:

Establish relationships with small farmers.

Taking the Atala Prism Pioneer Program.

Learning about build a DAO , supporting by ADAO.

This proposal is a continuation of the proposal "Support Small Farmers in Latam" from de "Grow Cardano, Grow Latin America" challenge for fund 7.

The proposal is related with the current one , since the solution of the proposal was build a network of small farmers, now I see the solution is Buil a Dao of small farmers, the proposal for fund 7 makes a pilot test with a small farmer to provide them technical assistance, financing inputs and connect with a buyer through a digital platform to register digital agri-assets and trade them.

This record wil be useful to proof of ownership de asset, now in this proposal we´re buildind a general purpose tool to expand the benefits to more small farmers.
