Please describe your proposed solution.
<u>Reason for approaches:</u>
Cost and time are two critical performance issues in app development. The cost is contingent on several factors: the region, the project's complexity, and the time required to develop the project.
Recognizing these challenges, Redxor provides a platform that assists front-end programmers in conveniently and swiftly developing mobile applications for iOS and Android through a 'drag-and-drop' component interface.
<u>Key advantages offered by Redxor include:</u>
- Drag-and-drop, customizable component properties: Redxor presents an intuitive and user-friendly interface, reducing development time and effort. Its 'drag-and-drop' functionality, coupled with customizable elements, enables rapid interface and UI component construction, accelerating development and reducing costs.
- Convenient import/export data: Users can import UI data from Figma and Zeplin, and export code for react-native, flutter, swiftUI iOS, and kotlin Android frameworks. This enhances convenience and speed for the front-end team.
- UI components for Web3: Redxor provides special UI components for Web3 application development. Users can easily integrate smart contracts into UI components and interact with the Web3 library.
- Support for Web3 communication standards: Redxor supports Web3 communication standards such as JSON-RPC and WebSockets. Users can send requests and receive data from the blockchain via these standard methods, facilitating the integration of Web3 functionalities into applications.
How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?
<u>Redxor provides three benefits to the Cardano ecosystem:</u>
- Enhanced Time Efficiency: According to Goodfirms' research, the development time for a simple app ranges from 382 to 910 hours. Front-end development is a crucial part of the process, accounting for approximately 30% of the cost. Redxor introduces a convenient 'drag-and-drop' tool, with practical import and export data functionalities. Front-end developers no longer need to search for suitable code but can instead import data from Figma and Zeplin, and export code for react-native, flutter, swiftUI iOS, and kotlin Android frameworks. This tool aids developers in reducing coding complexity, saving time, and conserving resources during interface construction.
2.Enhanced Convenience in Transitioning from Web to Mobile App*: According to the Weekly Development Report on Cardano as of July 7, 2023, there are currently 1,264 projects under development. These projects are primarily being built in web environments without mobile application platforms. Developing in parallel would enhance the user experience of Web3 on mobile devices. Redxor aims to support Cardano developers in quickly and conveniently building front-end on iOS and Android. Moreover, Redxor creates UI components for Web3, integrating smart contracts and interacting with the Web3 library. This enhances convenience for Cardano projects when transitioning to mobile apps.*

3.Expanded User and Developer Community: Redxor aims to resolve the issue of reducing costs and time for front-end development when building mobile apps. This is relevant for both Web2 and Web3 applications. When Web2 businesses and developers want to transition to Web3, Redxor will recommend using the Cardano blockchain for project development. This approach enriches and creates ample opportunities for users and businesses to engage with the Cardano ecosystem.

How do you intend to measure the success of your project?
Redxor has specific KPIs spitted by month and milestones to measure project success. For the Cardano ecosystem, <u>Redxor uses the following criteria to measure:</u>
- Enhancing Productivity and Efficiency: Post-use, Redxor creates surveys to evaluate productivity and effectiveness benefits to users' projects. This may be quantified by saved working hours, the number of projects completing front-end development faster, and developer feedback on work efficiency enhancement.
- Application and Project Growth: Measures the number of applications and projects developed using Redxor on Cardano. This could include the number of sample projects, actual applications, and new products or services created with Redxor's support.
- User Feedback: Evaluates user feedback about their experience using Redxor and its impact on their application development process on Cardano. This can be gauged by user reviews and opinions collected through surveys, direct feedback, and comments on product review platforms.
<u>Based on these criteria, our expected end-project KPIs are as follows:</u>
- Product: Meets Dev Front-end needs, reducing 20-50% of time and personnel costs depending on project complexity.
- Platform Registration: 1,500 users with 200 projects created and 200 Devs satisfied and continuing to use the advanced version.
- Community: Redxor's Front-end Dev community has over 5,000 followers. The Cardano Dev community can use Redxor for free for three months to develop projects.
- Payment: Redxor is split into two versions: Basic-free and Advanced-fee-based. With the free version, users have a limit on the number of projects and components they can use. The fee-based version offers unlimited features. Redxor accepts payments in VND, USD, and ADA, with members paying in ADA receiving a 50% discount. The projected fee is $11.
Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?
Telegram, Discord, and the Developer Community are the main platforms where we plan to launch our product once it's completed.
We will share the completed platform with the Cardano developer community through the following channels:
- Cardano Developer Tools*:* https://developers.cardano.org/tools/
- Cardano Discord Channel*:* https://discord.com/invite/Exe6XmqKDx
In addition, we are building a supportive community for developers on Telegram (with a projected 1,000 members).
We have designed a feedback and review board on our website to gather user opinions. This input will help us continually improve our product.
