This is an added idea that will run together with the proposal Cardano Catalyst TV which has been funded in Fund7 and run on Fund8

The solution is to have short 5-minute briefing videos that show the proposals insight with more details in-depth, with graphic images, background music and subtitle explanation run through the video with no voice added to let viewers get to know the proposer idea and aware of what is going on with the Cardano ecosystem

The idea video will be a great way for proposers to connect with the community more deeply, a platform with contact information where viewers can get in touch, comment, and ask questions. The video will get global publicity around their projects and on social networks like Youtube, Telegram, Twitter, and voter tools,…

● Improved community awareness - the community gets up-to-date with proposal insights with a more detailed explanation within 5 minutes sit back and relax

● Great recruiting tool - the video will be a great way to communicate with the community especially asking for help and getting feedback

● Marketing - the proposer can use the video to spread the idea to the majority of the community and onboard new Cardano members.

[IMPACT] Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

• This proposal aims to help grow the community's engagement in and outside of the Cardano ecosystem by spreading proposal insight in the form of a 5-minute video. People will see Cardano's continuous growth with a lot of insight and idea-sharing.

• This will also aid in the onboarding of new members, particularly in Asia, where the involvement of Catalyst roles has increased significantly over the last three funds.

  [IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

• It may be difficult to contact proposers to ask for their briefing idea because they may be busy => Sending invitations in advance and streamlining the process to avoid wasting people's time.

• Follow-up with the proposers on a regular basis to see how the proposal develops may be a huge challenge

The fund released will be used for fund9 and fund10 with the following phrases:

Fund 9:

Objective:

• Conduct at least 10 idea videos per month and approximately 30 videos for 1 fund
• Each video will be promoted on YouTube, Twitter, the voter tool, Ideascale, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Tasks:

• Send invitations to proposers to ask for proposal ideas
• Arrange the time and documents required
• Scriptwriting
• Material Collecting and Design
• Video production
• Promotion plan

Fund 10

Objective:

• Conduct at least 6 idea videos per week and approximately 30 videos for 1 fund
• Each video will be promoted on YouTube, Twitter, the voter tool, Ideascale, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Tasks:

• Send invitations to proposers to ask for proposal ideas

• Arrange the time and documents required

• Scriptwriting

• Material Collecting and Design

• Video production

• Promotion plan

If I am funded, I will return to Catalyst in a later round for additional funding, as Catalyst TV currently makes no profit and only serves to spread Catalyst to a larger portion of the community. More services will be added in the future to assist in raising funds to expand the channel.

The project's success would be:

• Successfully uploading 30 videos for each funding round, with the hope of receiving at least 100 views on each video

• Helped marketing proposal project successfully and increased their presence in most social channels

• Adding another Asian member to the Catalyst project

• Increasing the connection between proposers and the community

• Creating and collaborating with more Cardano Ecosystem available channels
