• Monitor and analyze statistics on social media channels, such as the number of viewers, followers, comments, shares, likes, and reviews of VideoScribes. These metrics will tell us how community engagement and engagement with video scribes is, as well as how viral and influential they are.
• Conduct surveys and interviews with some of the people who view, follow, comment, share, like, and rate VideoScribes. These surveys and interviews will tell us the community's opinions, feelings, and expectations about video scribes, as well as their satisfaction and loyalty to Cardano.

Our plan to share the output and results of the Cardano Explorers project: Exploring the Cardano Ecosystem via VideoScribe is as follows:

• We will be broadcasting Scribe videos on social media channels like YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, etc., to increase reach and virality for the Cardano community and the wider public. We will also use relevant hashtags, tags, mentions, and links to attract viewers' attention and engagement.
• We will send Scribe videos to Cardano developers, researchers, and other stakeholders, to show respect and gratitude to those who have been contributing to the development of Cardano. We will also ask them to comment, respond and share VideoScribes to their network.
• We will send VideoScribes to sponsors, investors, and related organizations, to introduce Cardano and its values, vision, and goals. We will also ask them to support, fund, or partner with projects that use Cardano as a platform for innovation and social change.
• We will send Scribe videos to people who have ideas or projects using Cardano, to encourage and support them in implementing their ideas or projects. We will also ask them to submit their ideas or projects to VideoScribe or Catalyst, to be featured and evaluated by the community.

We wish to use the results obtained from the project as follows:

• We will aggregate and analyze statistics, surveys, interviews, feedback, suggestions, questions, requests, ideas, and projects related to VideoScribe, to assess the level of success. project and its impact.

Our implementation process includes:

Step 1: Select and censor information for translation, including IOHK documentary videos, Cardano news and updates videos, and Charles Hoskinson videos.

Step 2: Compile information to be suitable and easy to understand in the Vietnamese language, and censor translated content.

Step 3: Select images that can convey content, and build a voiceover video. The finished video will be moderated again before publishing.

We strictly follow the above process to ensure that the content is delivered to the viewers in the best way. Funded funds will be fully used to pay for members' work, details are provided in the detailed budget breakdown.

During the implementation of the proposal, we identified in advance a number of risks that could affect the implementation plan:

1. The development of new terms and techniques on the Cardano platform can make it difficult to convert to Vietnamese and affect the quality of the video. To mitigate this situation, an effective solution is to create a key exchange among community members and consultation with Blockchain experts. Thereby, we will be able to best represent the technical and technical terms in the process of creating videos.
2. The content of IOHK documents, news videos and updates about Cardano, as well as videos by Charles Hoskinson are often content-rich and long, affecting the viewer's experience when too long. To mitigate this impact, we've found the solution is to re-engineer the content to be shorter, shorter, and easier to understand. We are supported by advice from team members and thanks to the Fimi community of translators to make this work.

2. Each video will have over 200 views and the number of Youtube channel subscribers will increase by 200 followers within 6 months.
3. The Cardano community tutorial group on Telegram will guide the Community Reviewers and the team of developers will increase the number of new members to 200 members.

All goals achieved will be shown on the statistics collected by the Youtube Channel of this proposal and the number of members participating in the Telegram group provided in phased progress reports.

For this proposal we work for 6 months, each month will publish videos with an average length of 7 minutes. The funded proposal we will start implementing the plan on October 1, 2023, and the expected completion date of March 30, 2024. The proposal has 3 important milestones as follows:

A- Milestone 1: from October 1, 2023, to November 30, 2023, we published 24 videos and posted them on our Blockchain Cardano channel.

• Youtube channel increase the number of followers: 10% increase
• Membership to our Cardano community group increased by 50 members.

For milestone #1: For the first goal, we've published 24 videos and are hoping to hit 200 views/video, as well as increase channel subscribers by 10%. If we achieve this goal, we will analyze the content and improve the quality for better results.

For milestone #2: We've simultaneously uploaded 26 videos to the Cardano community, hoping to hit 200 views and increase channel subscribers by 15%. We hope that, with these videos, the Cardano community will be more involved in discussing issues related to Cardano.

With milestone #3: In the final goal, we will complete the remaining number of videos as committed, resulting in a 20% increase in channel subscribers and over 200 views for each video. This is an indication that we provide our users with quality information and are accepted by them.

To track the progress we have the results of the work done via the Link: Blockchain Cardano VideoCribe - Google Sheets. Here we track the number of documents that have been translated from the original equivalent to the number of published videos, this shows the progress of work with a specific schedule.
