I design and illustrate 78 cards inspired by Pixie Smith's illustrations, with the inspiration and dedication going out to the Cardano community. And this energy gets placed into the cards with the specific purpose to facilitate Ethereum's transition to the Cardano ecosystem.

The Tarot deck also provides immense personal guidance.

Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

With proper instruction on the Tarot, this system once referred to as the "Game of Life" will serve as the best prediction tool when it comes to the most important areas of your life, from romantic relationships, to family issues, to friendships, work & career, whatever it is, you are presented with a clear path to work with, where if you walk the path in the light of truth, the result is always positive. Though for those who would like to have an easier way to get through things, this system is the perfect solution for doing some much needed spring cleaning. In other words, you start to see what the priorities of your life are, and this helps you seem to magnetically attract that which you desire into your life.

When applied to this challenge, it facilitates the migration, just by everyone using the deck for personal wish fulfillment. It's very powerful in that way, alone.

What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

I will give myself six months to illustrate the deck and get it to the printers, where I shall request 1,000 First Edition decks specifically for the Cardano community as part of the Ethereum Migration, at only the cost of shipping and handling. First Edition Tarot decks will be personally mailed to you with a typewritten letter. I will make an announcement when the deck is ready, and have a mailer sent out so that everyone knows when they can request their own Tarot deck. If this goes well, I'll request to do a Second Edition with the same type of giveaway in Fund10, and if you want to bump production of old editions, that's great! I'm open to all these possibilities and more, and want to make this a regular thing until the ETH migration is successful.

Months 1-3 = Pencil illustration of all 78 cards.

Month 4 – Inking & final linework.

Month 5 – Deck Design and Insert Booklet Production

Month 6 – Deck is sent to print. 1,000 decks created in the first edition print run to distribute to the Cardano community in the form of a giveaway, with NFTs and other collaborative efforts to be announced down the pike. It will be a broadcasted event.

• Deck illustration (includes 78 original illustrations on Southworth paper using Blackwing pencils, all drawn by author) @ $500 per card x 78 in a deck = $39,000 (Original illustrations minted as CNFTs to be donated to the Cardano Community, all included in the production cost)
• Cost to print the first 1,000 decks of physical cards for the giveaway in bulk = $2,999
• Live Production of the CNFT giveaway = included in total.
• Live streaming of the deck being created in real time = included in total.
• Initial ad campaign to boost marketing campaign = included in total.
• Educational videos describing each Tarot card in detail = included in total.

I do all the illustration of the cards, inking, and scanning to be able to mint the tarot designs to CNFT and I work fast.

If you are funded, will you return to Catalyst in a later round for further funding? Please explain why / why not.

Yes. I would love to make this a First Edition series of Ada's Tarot Cards. Between the physical decks and the CNFTs they could become a very valuable collector's item.

Please describe what you will measure to track your project's progress, and how will you measure these?

The measurement will be one Tarot card at a time until I reach 78 with pencil sketches. Afterward I will migrate the physical sketches into the computer for inking and post production. From there the images will be sent to a printing specialist to have the cards printed with booklet and box, all custom done, included in the cost of this proposal.

What does success for this project look like?

The cards are completed on schedule, all milestones are hit, and in six-month's time following the receipt of first funding, the Tarot deck gets physically sent out to members in the community.
