Detailed Plan

Who we are

The Latin American Ambassadors Guild is an Assembly of highly dedicated and committed Catalyst Community Members and Cardano Ambassadors.

The Latin American Ambassadors Guild is a sub Guild of the Ambassadors Guild but with a main focus on Project Catalyst and the Latin American Cardano Community. The Latin American Ambassadors Guild takes the initiative and responsibility to act as a bridge between the Latin American Community, Project Catalyst and the Cardano Foundation.

We act and operate in alignment and coordination with Cardano Foundations and Project Catalyst's Mission and vision and represent the Foundation as an community led initiative within the Catalyst Ecosystem

The Latin American Ambassadors Guild members are highly experienced and involved members of the Cardano & Catalyst Community with a profound knowledge and experience of the overall concept and process of project Catalyst.

With this proposal, we aim to build a first Pilote and major program to explore and establish effective outreach and onboarding structures with focus on the Brazilian/Portuguese Community. Our earned experience will help us to generate programs which then will be used to be implemented adapted and adjusted to other South American Countries and communities

BORA - The Brazilian Onboarding Route Alliance

BORA is the kickstarter and initiator of this community project wide initiative, leading this proposal and project to its future. the members of Brazilian Onboarding Route Alliance act actively as:

Cradno Ambassadors, Founders, Initiators and Coordinators of Community led initiatives, Community Advisors, veteran Community Advisors, Proposal Mentors and referrers,SPOs, Funded proposers, Challenge Team members, Catalyst Circle members and Catalyst Circle Admin members and after all, very committed and engaged people which tries to do as much has possible to support the Community and its ecosystem in its healthy growth.

And we are not alone on this journey

The Latin American Onboarding Route Alliance - The Cardano Powerhouse

Together with the LATAM Town Hall team and DALE we build a strong assembly of highly connected and coordinated projects which work hand in hand to establish a fully operational outreach and onboarding Architecture for the Latin American Continent.

Backed by the Catalyst Swarm, the Eastern Town Hall, The Catalyst School and the Bridge Builders and in brotherhood with the Cardano Ambassadors Guilds and the Cardano Foundation we have an Allstars Assembly of highly experienced and established structures which support the implementation of the Latin American Onboarding Route Alliance.

The Catalyst Swarm supports this initiative with providing their experience and knowledge in hosting open and inclusive Community Events and in establishing incubative structures

The Eastern Town Hall supports this initiative with their experience in handling multilingual Events and Team work and content creation.

The Bridge Builders support this initiative with Expert knowledge and Guidance in Financial, Business and Management consultation and building bridges to other initiatives which might increase the format and the quality of the Latin American Onboarding Route Alliance.

The Ambassador Guilds will support this Initiative with their profound knowledge about the Cardano Ecosystem and provide Experts knowledge where needed, when needed.

In collaboration and brotherhood to the LATAM Town Hall and DALE we communicate, coordinate and collaborate all our activities and operations to its maximum. We act as a body of bodies, as an South American problem sensor and idea incubator, encouraging and empowering the CLatin American Community to build effective solutions.

All together we build a matched body of highly skilled and experienced groups, projects and initiatives able to provide a variety of needed services and products to increase the quality of our community driven Architecture to its maximum.

Providing Mentorship and Guidance for Proposer and Projects

Enterprises or Projects which aim to get involved within the Catalyst Ecosystem will have direct access to the Guilds resources, knowledge and experience.

We provide effective support in formulating "tailor made" proposals in local latin american languages.

We provide educational content, offer 1:1 Guidance and Mentorship for projects joining the Ecosystem and to help new projects to get familiar with the overall Catalyst process.

We provide "tailor made" short, middle and long term strategies for Projects, designed in alignment with the Cardano Foundations Mission and Vision

Latin American Ambassadors Program Campaign

We believe that the Latin American Cardano Community needs strong Ambassadors on the ground, able to steward and shepherd a healthy and effective growth and coordination of an Latin American Cardano onboarding, Introduction and education process.

As Ambassadors we will identify candidates which fit into the Ambassadors role and onboard new Ambassadors to increase the strengths of the Latin American Cardano Community

The BORA Ambassadors Guild Stake Pool

To sustain our educational resources, we aim to set up and operate a Stake Pool, the generated value will be used to pay for educational resources and to enable a regular budget to reward extraordinary community contribution.

Documentation & generating Playbooks

We will document, track and report our evolution, activities and operations back to the community. Constant documentation of our activities allows us to analyze our achievements and failures and to generate a best in practice Playbook.

Generating effective and practice proven Playbooks are essential to use our project and to allow other initiatives to implement and adjust our concept to their own need and use. This project is meant to be a first Brazilian/Portuguese focused pilot with the goal to generate blueprints and playbooks which then will be used to be implemented, adapted and adjusted for other south american countries, languages and communities

The Guilds Impact

The Guild's impact is defined by its action and operation in a crucial position as a communicative, coordinating and collaborative body which provides direct support and guidance to latin american people, projects and initiatives which aim to join our community and ecosystem.

The power of this proposal is defined by an large collaboration of various well experienced and established projects which provides with a common effort an overall immense pool of skill sets and knowledges

The Guilds Program feasibility

As Ambassadors, SPOs, Community Advisors, Funded Proposers, Proposal Mentors, Referrers, Challenge Team Members, as highly experienced Catalyst projects and as people on the ground in Latin America we have a profound understanding of the ecosystem's function and process, local challenges and problems and global accessible resources and expertise.
