We consider our DAO system can apply to developing counties such as African countries. To explore potential creators, we have to establish the reward distribution systems and the method for the formal evaluation of the contributions.

In this sense, the most famous and largest design creator’s event “Paris Fashion week” is one of the extreme target for new design creators.

Our community can approach to “Paris Fashion week”, we can be the reception window for this opportunity.

We want to be standard for the creators DAO. All of the creator persons who want to express their ability by design art including top creators are our target.

The project phases for implement.

1st phase Establish the reward distribution mechanism. Mainly we will make the strategy of the formal evaluation. In this phase, we will perform reward distribution by ourselves (without smart contract). The community feedback is quite important. So we will closely communicate each other.

2nd Phase : The automated system establishment by low cost smart contract or automated distribution system without smart contract. Indeed, the reward management still centralized.

3rd Phase : We will establish the reward distribution and the formal evaluation by smart contract and (We will propose in future Catalyst round.)

We can provide the opportunity for big chance and get rewards. Of course, the person over the world can join our community and influence to our DAO.

For the establishment of the Cardano based DAO, we have to prove the value of the DAO.

At first, we will change the “Winner-all” system.

Of course, the winner-all system itself is not bad, if the winners include contribute persons. However, in fact, the present system pay the reward for non-contributor instead of contributor. For example, there are the problems such as the labor exploitations like ghost writer, the dishonest contract cancellation for contributors, unfavorable contract and suddenly contract changes.

However, internet services especially the SNS services unveiled this problem, and this problem is recognized as a social class problem. However, the non-honest agreement by mass media prevent the drastic change of this situations.

Also, legal issues are also important. In present, the creators damaged by dupe or plagiarism were required large regal fees which is higher than damaged values. Therefore, they can not bring the action. Then the thief explore next target. This quite bad cycle is now serious. The values of the products by non-famous creators goes to zero.

In order to clarify these problem, we will make standard the creators DAO. And we hope that each project establish their DAO and these DAO cooperate with each other.

(1) Over half a year: We will hold a fashion show and an exhibition (in-house project), and by holding an event, we will determine the contribution of the creators we belong to and verify the distribution.

Reason: To create a strong smart contract

Assuming that the annual income of overseas blockchain engineers is about 20 million yen and the production period is half a year, it is expected that it will take 10 million to produce a strong smart contract.

With Fund9, the number of people that can be measured is limited to 30 people.

About 20 people will create an organization with side-business creators, so half of the 10 people who will generate new rewards want to generate rewards.

We will distribute the distributed reward amount of 200,000 yen to the contributing creators.

The total number of feedbacks will be received from all 30 people.

Ultimately, we will eliminate the seams between people and clothes, and the country, environment, language, values, etc.
