In Colombia there are many communities that live on the margins and are financially excluded, with the development of the DAO and the almagua foundation, we want to generate a more inclusive economy for the communities through the development of productive projects that can favor the most vulnerable communities in Colombia. Colombia.
Just as cardano has reached different economic and political sectors, we also want them to be participants in this initiative, a simple project but that at the same time has repercussions on great changes, in Colombia and Latin America there is much to be done.
In the project there are three actors that will operate in the DAO:
The almagua foundation, the cardano community and the beneficiaries who are the vulnerable communities.
[IMPACT] Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.
We want to be the first dao that operates in cardano to directly serve the populations with fewer resources in South America and especially Colombia, through the democratization of projects and giving a vote of participation to the cardano community, in this way we achieve that the financing can be more accessible for projects and that it can be carried out in a much more transparent way than other financing models.
[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?
I think that one of the key factors to carry out the project effectively is creating a community, so it is a primary factor when carrying out the project, on the other hand I am not a developer but I can get support from people in the community who are in the ability to address this problem.
I consider that today we have a wide library of information and open source projects, so I would solve this difficulty by implementing a dao with solidity and milkomeda.
We will also be participating in the milkomeda hackathon, an initiative that can help us strengthen the initiative much more.

Previously or in the process, the almagua token will be created in the cardano network with the aim of promoting the token to obtain resources for the foundation’s projects, in which this DAO initiative is included as the first instance and will be promoted. between the catalyst and cardano community.

Queremos desarrollar una DAO sostenible y en beneficio basado en la sostenibilidad. bajo los objetivos de desarrollo (ODS) definidos por la ONU.
El mecanismo considera la sostenibilidad como uno de los componentes más importantes del proyecto. Aparte de la sostenibilidad, también tienen como objetivo mejorar la calidad de vida de diferenres comunidades vulnerables en colombia y que se les dificualta el acceso a recursos y alimentación. por lo que es fundamental tambien pensar en la dao como una fuente de recursos para proyectos productivos y de bajo impacto ambiental.
