A clear link has not been established between the digital world and the physical life. Some even find it difficult to adapt to this rapid transformation brought about by technology. From another point of view, the beauties of the digital world have limited effects on our daily physical lives. I want to establish a new bond between the two parties.

This project (COPY & PHYGITAL comes from Copy & Paste) is actually the link between my childhood and the present. There were animated hero cards in the potato chips packet I ate when I was child. At that time, I was very excited about the change of the photograph on a physical object as it moved. The idea that this nostalgic technology, which excited me years ago, will one day be the physical projection of NFTs, is not a coincidence.

The NFT marketplace I will build will actually be an online phygital shopping store. Since physical badge designs and Nfts will be in the same designs, a person who receives NFT will also have the physical version of the same design. This physical badge he will receive will be applied to t-shirts that have a special place where this badge can be worn. In future, it can be another products as hat, key chain, shoe badges, neckless, etc…

Each NFT that we sell will be unique and limited quantity. Max. 1000 pieces. Some NFTs will be 100 pieces. A limited number of private collections may be designed in certain periods. It will be of interest to collectors.

How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

This exchange will be made with ADA and will create a community in the physical environment for ADA holders. It will ensure that the collecting that occurs in the NFT environment continues in the physical environment. Those who become members of the system with their own designs in the future will receive a share from the sales.

How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

Phygital products will be widely sold in the future. In this respect, the Cardano ecosystem will be a tradeable measure in this area as well. As a payment method, Cardano consolidates its position on these platforms and is mentioned in projects that are part of this kind of life.

Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

I plan to make a better marketplace by improving the platform objects and usage area. I will use my advertising skills while doing this. Guerrilla marketing, photography and video shooting as a fashion brand and sharing it on social media will be the main strategy of my promotion.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

I am a visual communication designer. I have my own production company. I have been doing this job for more than 20 years. With my expertise in video, photography and marketing, I have worked hundreds of companies and marketed their products. With this experience, I want to implement this project that excites me.

I have been working with Boss fashion company for more than 15 years as a production company owner and many other textile companies. I have enough contacts and knowledge about how to produce textile meterials. I produced and sold organic home wearing clothes and yoga clothes before.

What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

I'm thinking of adding 10 NFts every month in marketplace. I will print the NFT designs on the page with a 3d lenticular printing machine, transform them into a physical form and sell them. The progress of the project will be directly proportional to the increase in the number of designs here and the quality of the advertisement to be made.

Please provide a detailed breakdown of your project’s milestones and each of the main tasks or activities to reach the milestone plus the expected timeline for the delivery.

• Creation of the cardano based web page.

• Purchase of 3d lenticular printing machine and some tools (ink dyes and sheets).

• Creating NFT designes for marketplace and printing them.

• Branding and shooting products process. The shots will be shot indoors and outdoors with professional models.

• Marketing process. Announcements, online advertisements and posting content on various social media pages.

Please describe the deliverables, outputs and intended outcomes of each milestone.

Milestone 1-

Working on NFT purchasing, payment methods, web page design and coding are the first step of the process. According to my plans it will be finished in 2 months.

At the same time I am planning to work with fashion designeer who can desing relax and cool t-shirt for me. This is so important part of the process. Fabric and quality must be cool.

Milestone 2-

Purchasing the 3d lenticular device and additional materials needed for this print. Shipping and installation process will take 1 month.

Milestone 3-

I will start the production of these t-shirts. At the same time, NFT designs will continue to be made and physical prints will be made with the arrival of the printing machine.

Milestone 4-

A tiny package will be designed and produced for the packaging of physical products.

Milestone 5-

Work will begin for the final stage, advertising and marketing. Creating visual contens as video and photography shoots.

All these processes will take longer than 5 months, because it will be very enjoyable to do.

I do not have any profit from the budget I will receive for the project. The important thing is to make a profit after realizing the project. While creating the budgets, I made calculations based on current prices. If extra costs arise, I am ready to pay them myself.
