[IMPACT]

The project is aimed at companies and individuals who want to offset their carbon footprint. Companies that purchase a CO2 removal voucher will benefit from a carbon tax reduction.

ALMAGUA will collect data from solar powered fishing boats and mature tree conservation through the collective adoption of NFT trees. For each tree adopted, a non-fungible NFT token is received on the cardano blockchain.

In the footprint measurement processes in forest conservation or plantation of cataloged species, we want to implement an Environmental and Economic Accounting System to legitimize the records in the carbon compensation markets, as well as implement tools for climate action, for the carbon process certified neutral. These certificates will be uploaded as bonds for carbon removal, in the cardano markets through a unique registration code as a Non-Fungible Token.

We want ALMAGUA's environmental initiatives to be able to be governed through a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) that includes an ADA stake-based treasury that issues reward tokens.

At the same time, ALMAGUA contributes financially to the fight against climate change and promotes its projects in a much more honest way than traditional carbon markets.
