Please describe your proposed solution.

Help businesses to explore new horizons of Web 3.0 markets and opportunities through the Cardano blockchain.

  • Up until July 7, 1264 projects are building on Cardano. We need to do better! If we as a community want to get this ecosystem to a whole other level of adoption, we need to push our efforts and do whatever we can to show and explain to business owners and CEOs why and how Cardano can benefit their businesses.

  • The approach that we take to get the Cardano ecosystem adoption by businesses to another level, is through offering traditional digital marketing services and consultation to show our clients a better, decentralized and free of oligopols way to create, upgrade and distribute their products or services.

  • Our target groups are startups, medium & large businesses, and individual artists who are open minded about new technologies and want to reach out to new marketplaces.

  • For demonstration we will show the created NFTs for our clients and their products or services. For the near future we also would like to show the websites that we are going to build for our clients, as soon as adadomains.io or another project emerges with a decentralized domain name option on Cardano.

How does your proposed solution address the challenge and what benefits will this bring to the Cardano ecosystem?

  • With onboarding new businesses, the benefits for the Cardano ecosystem, as you can imagine, will be in almost all kinds and shapes. From new NFT projects with different use cases through smart contracts, to new businesses that are not yet using any blockchain getting on board directly to Cardano.

  • SPOs can benefit from our services as well. We will provide marketing strategies and innovative solutions for them to promote their SPO work and the contribution they bring to the community.

  • Everything that we develop as code will be open source for the Cardano community and for the World.

How do you intend to measure the success of your project?

The measurement of success for this proposal will be the 3 projects/clients that we already started to work with and onboard to Cardano. We aim to create marketing strategy, crypto wallet and NFT collections for these businesses by the end of 2023.

Please describe your plans to share the outputs and results of your project?

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability?

Expertise: Our team is highly motivated to innovate and change the marketing industry through the Cardano ecosystem. With me as a SPO, marketing specialist and 3d design specialist we are confident that we can deliver even beyond the scope of the proposal.

Industry Connections: Andromeda Stake Pool is part of xSPO and SPA alliances. We intend to approach book.io, adadomains.io, TosiDrop and other knowable and reputable projects in the Cardano ecosystem for future collaboration and partnership.

Portfolio: 1 business & 1 writer already trusted us to lead them to the future of marketing. By the end of this year they will be the first successful projects under AWA’s belt, alongside with the marketing of AWA itself.

What are the main goals for the project and how will you validate if your approach is feasible?

The main goals of the project are:

  1. Take off as a startup in the marketing industry.
  2. Successfully complete & test 3 marketing strategies for the portfolio of AWA in 5 months.

Initiate at least the first stage of the marketing strategies for our clients by the end of Q4, 2023.

The scope of the project is feasible due to the fact that we are already working on those marketing strategies with our clients for more than 3 months. We are working hard to find new (out of the box) ways to promote and execute these strategies.

Please provide a detailed breakdown of your project’s milestones and each of the main tasks or activities to reach the milestone plus the expected timeline for the delivery.

We already started working on getting AWA off the ground alongside with the work we do for our client’s marketing plans.

  1. Milestone – Finalize marketing strategies for our clients that include utilizing the Cardano ecosystem. 4 weeks (End-October).

1.1. Conduct extensive and detailed market research.

1.2. Based on research data we will create promising marketing strategies for 2 businesses and 1 individual client/writer.

1.3. Based on marketing strategies we will create marketing campaigns and content delivery strategies for the clients.

1.4. Creation of 3d models of real objects, Mint NFTs and create the smart contracts, needed for execution of the first stage of those strategies.

  1. Milestone – Execution of the marketing campaigns and analysis of the results. 16 weeks (November – February).

2.1 . Implementation and test of the content in accordance with planned campaigns.

2.2. Gather data from the campaigns and analyze the results.

2.3. Adjust and adapt the marketing strategies and campaigns.

2.4. Implement and test newly adapted strategies and campaigns.

  1. Milestone – Finalize the data of the successful strategies and campaigns. 3 weeks (End of February).

3.1. Meetings with the clients about the path forward for them in relation to AWA.

  • Discussing revenue growth and long term partnerships and subscriptions to AWA.
  • Discussing referrals and reviews of our clients for AWA.

3.2. Conducting and participating in local events with our pitch deck presentation and presenting the successful portfolio of AWA.

Please describe the deliverables, outputs and intended outcomes of each milestone.

Milestone 1 – Finalize marketing strategies for our clients that include utilizing the Cardano ecosystem.

Deliverables: Completed marketing strategies for 2 businesses & 1 writer/book.

Outputs: Marketing research data, marketing strategies & campaigns (not publicly available due to client confidentiality agreement), NFTs and smart contracts.

Intended Outcomes: Successfully completed marketing strategies, successfully created marketing campaigns, created NFTs and/or NFT collections for the clients, functional smart contracts.

Measurement: Number of completed marketing strategies & campaigns, number of 3d models & NFTs created, number of smart contracts created.

Milestone 2 – Execution of the marketing campaigns and analysis of the results.

Deliverables: Testing marketing strategies & campaigns for 2 businesses & 1 writer/book, feedback reports

Outputs: Campaign data, testing reports, analysis of feedback.

Intended Outcomes: Successful marketing campaigns, revenue growth, positive client feedback, positive feedback of our clients’ clients.

Measurement: Successfully implemented marketing campaigns, client feedback, client revenue growth.

Milestone 3 – Finalize the data of the successful strategies and campaigns.

Deliverables: Feedback from our clients as well as our clients’ clients.

Outputs: Final report and analysis of the 3 projects/clients.

Intended Outcomes: Revenue growth of our clients - minimum 5%, positive feedback and reviews from our clients.

Measurement: Number of positive client reviews, percentage revenue growth.

Please provide a detailed budget breakdown of the proposed work and resources.

The estimated budget for AWA project is 50k EUR ≈ 191k ₳

In the current F10: Catalyst Open cap = 75k ₳, we decided to apply only for getting AWA off the ground stage of our project which we estimated to be 20k EUR ≈ 77k ₳.

In this proposal we apply for the cap of the F10: Catalyst Open category, which is 75k ₳.

In case that the value of ₳ drops we are willing to get more of our skin in the game and put some of our own personal resources to fund it until the next F11, in which we intend to apply for the next stage of scaling AWA to the place of top marketing agency in the crypto space.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

  1. AWA will be one of the first marketing agencies utilizing the Cardano blockchain if not the first one.
  2. Created NFTs and smart contracts will benefit the Cardano blockchain with increasing the transaction volume, as well as open sourcing the code for the smart contracts.
  3. SPOs from the Cardano blockchain could benefit from the services provided by AWA for marketing campaigns and spreading the word for their individual activities and benefits of their pools.
  4. The onboarding of new businesses directly to the Cardano blockchain will benefit the whole ecosystem and all its projects.
