We will establish the Web3 center with Kittamu, who has close relations with the (local) government. The center has an original server, technique for token/NFT minting and Web3 project management.
Problem
Around Cardano blockchain,there is only a small number of start up consultants. It is hard to find good partners for peoples or companies who consider Cardano for their service.
