Please describe your proposed solution

Develop a social game application suitable for visually impaired players so that they can make more friends without leaving home. Integrate cardano into the application

Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community

Cardano belongs to the world and should be more inclusive. I hope Cardano can also bring light to the visually impaired group. Not only sighted people can participate, but also visually impaired people can participate.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

I have 10 years of experience in Java development and was an early pioneer of Plutus. I am familiar with the blind community and have some blind friends. I hope to develop some interesting applications for them and promote them to blind groups around the world (hundreds of millions of people).

What are the key milestones you need to achieve in order to complete your project successfully?

Milestone 1: Spend half a month designing the app’s worldview, app plot, and operating methods suitable for blind people

Milestone 2: It took 2 months to release the first tested and runnable mobile version, and began to be put on the shelves of major application markets.

Milestone 3: After the application was released, the number of visually impaired players reached 2,000. As more functions are released in the next two months, the number of players will reach 10,000.

Final Milestone: After several months of operation, visually impaired players have reached 30,000-50,000 users, and the number of users will grow steadily every month.

Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

I work as a backend developer. A product manager is responsible for the gameplay of the application, one for ios and one for android is responsible for mobile development, as well as a sound designer and an accessibility tester. An operations staff member will also be needed in the future. After the project application is approved, the developer information will be supplemented. The developers are all senior developers who have worked for more than 10 years. Currently, I am applying for the proposal.

Please provide a cost breakdown of the proposed work and resources

It is estimated that it will cost 20,000₳, with a core team of 6 people, each with a monthly salary of 7,000 US dollars, working 6 days a week, 10-12 hours a day, and some server costs are also required.

No dependencies.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

It will bring a large number of visually impaired people to Cardano. There are currently hundreds of millions of visually impaired people in the world, including 21 million in mainland China and 50,000 in Taiwan. This project can reflect the inclusiveness of Cardano and can It brings some joy in life to the visually impaired and makes them feel love and hope.
