Please describe your proposed solution

One of the factors to popularize blockchain is to integrate it with IPFS, a decentralized storage system that is highly compatible with blockchain. However, even though IPFS is highly durable and reliable as an alternative protocol to HTTP, its permeability is low because permanent storage is not guaranteed and anti-virus measures are required.

By combining IPFS with Arweave, which has rich data persistence, you can create the basis for building Cardano-specific storage. We analyze the configuration and mechanism of IPFS and Arweave, and create a configuration diagram/class diagram, an interface diagram between IPFS and Arweave, and a data migration condition blueprint as deliverables.

Based on the analysis results, if the configuration is feasible, we will store the blockchain in storage and create a prototype that can confirm permanent storage under arbitrary conditions. I think it will be possible to create a dedicated storage.

If it is not possible, we will create a report summarizing the analysis results and the reasons why it is not possible, and use this to lead to the next idea.

We will verify the compatibility between Cardano and IPFS. If this demonstration is successful, a dedicated storage service for Cardano will be realized. Additionally, since IPFS+Arweave has high security, if the demonstration is successful, we can expect Cardano to become more widespread.

This component can also be linked with "Masked NFT: Research on privacy data management by NFT," making it possible to combine data security with the large-capacity service of IPFS+Arweave.
