• The process of reviewing and understanding proposals for Cardano upgrades and network parameter changes can be a daunting and time-consuming task for many ADA holders. The technical nature of these proposals often requires specialized knowledge and experience, making it difficult for individuals without a deep understanding of blockchain technology to fully grasp the implications and potential benefits of proposed changes.

• Moreover, the sheer volume of proposals can be overwhelming, making it challenging for ADA holders to stay informed and engaged. This lack of engagement can hinder the community's ability to provide valuable feedback and ensure that the network evolves in a direction that aligns with the broader interests of its stakeholders.

<u>Solutions:</u>

We are embarking on an ambitious project to create a series of well-crafted proposals that will be submitted to the Cardano ecosystem during the Voltaire era. These proposals will address various aspects of the network's development, aiming to enhance its functionality, security, and overall user experience.

To ensure that our proposals are informed and well-considered, we will be producing a series of accompanying videos. These videos will provide comprehensive information and in-depth analysis of each proposal.

A proposal for governance actions on the Cardano blockchain will include 2 actions:
