<u>The main problem is</u> the lack of knowledge among the Bolivian population about Cardano's blockchain technology and its advantages.

<u>The solution we propose is</u> the Cardano Bolivia Summit, a high-impact event that will be the center of a six-month campaign. The main event will be composed of:

• Webinars and pre-talks: strategic events virtually and in person between the months of February and May 2025, where we will introduce the basic concepts of Cardano, blockchain and its real applications. These pre-events will serve to attract the public and generate expectations on social media.
• Main event (May 2024): An in-person event that will include 5 speakers, 4 hands-on workshops and a blockchain project fair. Participants will learn about the Cardano ecosystem and will transact in different activities, all in an interactive and accessible way.
• Project Fair and Networking: This space will allow entrepreneurs, local startups and developers to learn about projects and practical applications in Cardano, connecting with potential collaborators and allies.

Reasons for approaching the project in this way:

Bolivia will celebrate 200 years of its foundation in 2025, thanks to this situation we will be able to more easily approach institutions such as universities, public and private companies, entrepreneur associations, and thus form the Cardano community in a memorable and special way, which will be able to connect with communities in other countries in the region.

The project will attract university students and entrepreneurs from the technology and business sectors, thanks to the advantages of implementing blockchain technology in areas such as finance, programming, entrepreneurship, science and education.

We will demonstrate the impact of the project by building a strong initial Cardano community in Bolivia.

We will add value to the Cardano community by building a strong community in Bolivia in its bicentennial, to connect with communities in other countries in the region, thus expanding the reach of the Cardano ecosystem. We will also establish strategic alliances with local startups, universities and other key players to continue Cardano's growth in Bolivia.

We will measure the impact of the project through indicators such as:

• Number of participants in virtual events.
• Reach of virtual events across the country.
• Number of participants in in-person events.
• Number of followers on the event's social media.
• Number of partner institutions.
• Number of participants in the main event.
• Feedback from participants.

We will share the results and opportunities through our Telegram community, where members will be able to share their queries, experiences and increase their engagement. We will make strategic posts on social media such as X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, highlighting that this is the first time this kind of event is being organized in Bolivia.

What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?

With more than 7 years of experience as an entrepreneur and founder of educational institutions, I have developed and managed budgets efficiently and responsibly.

Between March and June 2024, I organized the first student competition for the creation of cinematographic works with artificial intelligence, with the participation of more than 100 students from 38 schools in 7 cities in Bolivia. Link Facebook | List YouTube

I am currently an ambassador of SingularityNET for Latin America, proposing and participating in events on decentralized Artificial Intelligence in Bolivia, with the first event to be held in November, thanks to the efforts and my relationship with national deputies.

Who is in the project team and what are their roles?

Wara is a Commercial Engineer with extensive experience in web3 community marketing and social networks. She will be in charge of social media and community management.

Sergio is a Petroleum Engineer, SingularityNET Latam Ambassador and founder of the first startup incubator focused on blockchain technology and AI in Bolivia. He will be in charge of the workshops and logistics in general.

Alejandro is a Software Engineer with experience in web3 application development. He will be in charge of the development of the website and the technical aspects of the workshops.

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

The investment in this proposal will be a great opportunity to attract new members from Bolivia to the Cardano community.

In 2025, Bolivia will celebrate its 200th anniversary and will have a series of special events that can be used to promote the advantages and benefits of Cardano technology.

This investment is less than 40% of the maximum amount per proposal, and will serve to form the Cardano community in Bolivia, consolidating its presence in the region.
