#IMPACT#
Problem statement:
As the data <https://cardano.ideascale.com/a/pages/results/> from fund 2 to Fund6 shows there are very few technical projects from Vietnam submitted and funded. The reason is that technical manuals are still scattered in many places. There has not been a centralized hub with local languages yet. Especially the lack of examples to solve real problems. These are documents that motivate learners and help them believe in implementing the application
The solution to the problem:
In F6 we have been funded for a project, "Bring Smart Contracts to Vietnam". This project only provides partial technical information of Cardano- That is, the smart contract programming language. In comparison, there are many other important areas that have not been conveyed to Vietnamese language. Inspired by the content of <https://developers.cardano.org/,> In this F7 we have submitted projects:
- Simplify SPO operations in Vietnam
- Townhall Channel in Vietnamese
And this project is the remaining piece of the whole picture. In this project we will focus on two areas:
- Guide the local users on how to participate in Project Catalyst and support their projects.
- Guide the local user on how to integrate Cardano into existing websites and services.
With the long-term roadmap for upcoming funds, we plan to build 03 training courses (beginner-intermediate-advanced)- The main content of these 03 courses will be taken from Cardano's training courses with real challenges. When participants complete all these contents, they will be issued a certificate based on NFT on the Cardano platform.
After the project is successfully deployed, our website (https://cardano2vn.io/) is a destination for the community. They will find specific examples. courses to solve real problems. Tech people will find it is much easier to bring their idea to market. Moreover, it allows everyone to participate to the best of their ability.

Roadmap:
Phase 1: (applied in F7)
1 month: Project Catalyst contents in Vietnamese is ready
3 months: End-point (website) integration instructions sharing
4 months: Workshops launch, Mass- Users Approaching
6 months: 200 DevOps and technical people joined the group
Phase 2: ( will be applied in incoming funds)
8 months: 03 course-wares launches (for beginner- Intermediate and advanced)
12 months: Student NFT-ID based management launch
14 months: Certification based on NFT launch.

- Organize 03 AMA sessions about Project Catalyst and ít's benefits on our channels
- Organize 05 short workshops on how to integrate Cardano into existing websites and services.
- Share these instructions and videos to the community via our channel and popular social groups. Links and redirect viewers to our groups
- Enhance Interaction with interested people in Telegram and other channels

KPIs/Metrics:
- The number of subscribers on Youtube: 100
- Telegram group member: 200
- Increase the number of the website visitor by 30% every month
- Proposal submitted in 6 months: 8 proposals
Risk:
- Estimate hours are lower than expensed: we will use risk management costs to reward the extra effort to those who contributed.
- Advertise and direct users to the website: we will use risk management costs to run Facebook ads to attract more developers/users to the group.
