• How should they know Cardano as a blockchain technology can come to their new understanding with every convenient and free space to speak up and be heard?

• Ideas: CWI will surely boost the opportunity for women to enter the ecosystem and the market of Cardano and represent Cardano, Cardano Indonesia along with projects funded aligned in the next Fund.

• Industry and use case challenge: CWI provide topic discussion around existing company, NGOs, and women perspective and how it will align Cardano Ecosystem:

1. Equal portion for Women being a speaker in each event, represented as Cardano member, enthusiast, participant, achiever.
2. Discussion how Cardano ecosystem will help NGOs and companies to learn more about Cardano asset tokenization for SME and Big company employees.

• Small: Get to know why women could have more bonding through this community, this project will keep going on to get more and more members through activities, consecutively and consistently have activities and campaigns, programs and points of interests.

We have the capabilities to deliver this project with high levels of trust and accountability. Here's why we believe we are best suited:

• Expertise: Our team has the capacity to provide knowledge in the field of knowledge of the basics of blockchain, how blockchain works and uses of blockchain in everyday life. Our team consists of several different professions and are quite expert in their respective fields. This skill is used to bridge the blockchain world with women.
• Industry Connections: Currently we are connected with Cardano Indonesia Ambassador, part of the Cardano Indonesia Community Core Team and Organizer for Cardano Hub Surabaya. Internally, we have access to information and knowledge regarding the Cardano ecosystem. Externally we also have connections with 50++ Indonesian blockchain communities which are open to collaborations and support the literacy of women on blockchain.

Milestone 2: Establish digital platform (Week 2) Tasks:

• Research the selected platform, focus on recruitment for new members at least to become participants, helping each other with a rising issue on women locally. Manage the whole subcategory and spaces on the digital platform. Delegate sub timeline to our team to do daily and weekly posting, contacting, and gathering on social media Telegram.

Milestone 3:Start the routine meet up (each Week's routines) Tasks:

• Both offline and online by script creation and potential speaker with several directions such as 100 communities of Web 3 in Indonesia and companies with blockchain utility.

Milestone 4: Finalize Contact List and Prepare for Next Phase (Week 3-5) Tasks:

• Prioritize onboarding women to have more knowledge from universities, schools, and academic research purposes, helping women in those segments to be aware of the value by doing supportive AMAs, event creation, joining events, collaboration, further partnership, one on one coaching sessions with the help of Cardano Indonesia team.

Milestone 1: Start posting each audience interest combine with daily activities and passion, interest, and hobbies, deep dive into their personal life or even a woman who prefers to do everything alone with our approach (Week 6-9) Tasks:

• Also engage them with products of Cardano from Daedalus, Yoroi, Atala, and other new things in line for brand awareness to Tech sector women,
• Engage the nontech sector by sharing stories and a more modern yet woman-centric sweet and smooth approach.

Milestone 2: In-depth Meetings with Participants on the Road to Enthusiast (Week 10-13) Tasks:

• Open discussion with media support locally, extract the mutual relation with 100 communities being articulate in the first place.
• Gather the interest group from any subject locally, and get their alumni from each university.
• Conduct study cases to be present in the platforms to be a topic of discussion, getting more attention from businesses and professionals.

Milestone 3: Workshops with practices (Week 14-18) Tasks:

• Start publishing articles to engage literacy, sum up the first plan on week 1 to week 13, present to communities, and get the momentum.
• Deliverables to local exchanges and get more attention from NGOs

• Do the administration help our internal communities to start to propose ideas, propose some resources, and share knowledge? Possible entrepreneurs arise and get some help for those who need it.
