Capability as Proposer:

Fanny Wijaya has actively shown dedication through Constitutional Workshop as Co-Host and promoted the code of conduct through her Cardano Ambassador’s title to promote Cardano values with events.

Personal Interest: Community member for Cardano Community Indonesia, participate on Cardano Hub Surabaya, and Cardano workshop Jakarta, achieved the roadmap of being community reviewer and now become proposers, find this to have togetherness on writings and plan it very carefully. Noting the other project is overvalued with her accounting expertise and moral consideration.

Accountability of the project:

1. Strategy Financial Planning, Align financial plans with the overall strategic goals of the Proposal. namely:
2. Define short-term, mid-term, and long-term financial objectives. These could include buying/ renting hardware such as Projector, Screen, mic and speaker, and class etc.
3. Implement systems to track and control expenses in real-time. It can be tracked by the team for distributions. (Internally)
4. Cost Reduction Strategies: Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or efficiency.
5. Emergency fund allocated from cost reduction, this covers unstable market price changes, potential delays in distributing funds from foundation, etc

How does the cost of the project represent value for money for the Cardano ecosystem?

> Our value for money nurtured the project’s applicant and acknowledged person to person to confirm such titles, not like other Indonesian groups or trying to bring other universities names just to make it blur. The SPO ready will penetrate the business pitching made by partners and the validator tutorial videos will benefit some enthusiasts. The budgeting model is transparent, not stating the person in charge with 3 titles/roles to the external partnership. In fact showing a lot of people of interest but the only one that will distribute the funds is a single person.
