Building Communities with Communities
The Catalyst Swarm is an assembly of highly engaged & experienced Cardano Project Catalyst Community members. We have built Community Infrastructure since spring 2021 and gathered relevant experience & expertise in how to build healthy & engaged communities.
SingularityNet is a Blockchain that was initially built on Ethereum, but now migrating to the Cardano Blockchain. As a technical merge allows direct interactions between our ecosystems, we see it as important to also work on bridges for the different communities from Cardano & SingularityNet and to join forces to unleash the maximal potential of a Blockhain merging process on the technical side as well as on the communities side
The Catalyst Swarm already started in Q2 2022 to collaborate with the SingularityNET Community and became a key contributor to the SingularityNET Ambassador program. We join and host Community Events & Workshops, share our knowledge and boost the emergence and growth of the young SingularityNET Community & Ecosystem
Our goal is to initiate, explore & maintain cross-community communications, coordination & collaborations. We use our earned experience in Catalyst to help others to succeed, we aim to share our knowledge & experience and to support the healthy growth of the SingularityNet Community & ecosystem.

This proposal improves the quality and effectiveness of creating an open and safe environment where we merge knowledge, resources, and visions of different networks, ecosystems and Communities from different DLT/Blockchain environments.
This Proposal is a direct collaboration between the Cardano Catalyst Swarm, and the SingularityNET Community with support & appreciation from SingularityNET Entities.
SingularityNET is listed in the Challenge as a potential “Who to collaborate with” partner. Therefore, our Proposal fits greatly in the Cross Chain Collaboration Challenge
[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?
Growth is something we will be focusing on with this proposal, but it will be difficult to find the balance between too much growth and too little. We will pay extra attention to strengthening ties between participants and credit the contributors appropriately to sustain the growth of the communities.
Building communities is not about going through checklists, and task lists and takes a lot of time. We will nurture the community leaders to take leadership and build towards the larger aligned vision.
Communities will fall apart if the community members themselves feel like their ideas, suggestions, and feedback are not addressed. We will be regularly holding meetings to capture that feedback and use this proposal to turn these suggestions into bounties communities can take part in and deliver together for common good.

(Treasury Accountant) has 20 years of experience in managing finances and organizing the business of NGOs and the University. He also worked as a Human Resources Manager (HRM). Joined the Catalyst Circle Admin team together with Andre as treasurer in Nov 2021. Currently, he is recording, documenting, and managing all transactions for the Treasurer Guild

We don't think that we will have to resubmit a proposal for this specific project in a future Funding Round as it is the goal to encourage and motivate Community Members to develop and start their own objects to move this collaboration forward
