Goodwall aims to be leading the model shift from traditional to open employment model by creating an open network for users to let them find their right professional path and connections. We are serving students and those GenZer’s that are lost in finding their professional path, mapping their skills and abilities. Building a relevant Data-Driven algorithm that matches the opportunities with the right talent is key to disrupt the traditional employment model, making it global, cost-effective, efficient and fast.

With the help of Cardano´s blockchain technology we are able to disrupt and displace current social media platforms because authenticity matters. Social media platforms are full of fake accounts, fake news which people fall into the trap or are scammed. Having the ability to become a powerful fake news blocker where users will be safe-guarded by a ledger system and showing the power that blockchain has to authenticate personal information, information verification and data verification ensuring a safe environment for users to express and trust the community is fundamental for youth development.

Flow:

1) Every time the user levels up the verification process is triggered and the votes are re-calculated. Based on the authentic vote count the user is recognized as an expert and given an internationally recognized badge.

2) Self-regulated and smart ecosystem

3) Users upload their achievements to upgrade the skill level

4) Others vote this upgrade up or down

5) When the update achieves a determined number of positive votes, the skill will be upgraded to the next level.

6) The required upvoting number can vary depending on the skill level

7) An expert badge can be included to highlight most skilled users

We have a growing community of over 2M youth from over 150 countries around the world. Using blockchain to empower this community to endorse information and activities that happen within Goodwall will be a game changer to have a safer and more transparent environment for youth globally.

What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

Budgeting issues - It is necessary to use our project scheduling tool, following the budgeting procedure, and make realistic assumptions to avoid cost overruns.

Limited engagement of stakeholders - Goodwall will collaborate closely with Cardano and other partners to develop this, so their engagement is key.

Technical Problems - We will mitigate this by giving a lot of time on the development of our project + we will be aware of any technical problem and find a way to solve it as fast as possible

Goodwall has already submitted proposals on Fund8, two of which are being funded. We aim to continue applying in the next funds with new ideas or with projects that are continuations of funded proposals.

We will implement live dashboards that will show all relevant data to analyze the performance of the project.

We will do a presentation to summarize the results of the project

What does success for this project look like?

If this project is successfully implemented we will be able to see the amount of fake accounts decreasing using the ledger system, as well as functions such as personal verification, information verification and data verification by authenticating all the information with decentralized apps.

We will have the ability to become a powerful fake news blocker where users will be safe-guarded by a ledger system and showing the power that blockchain has to authenticate personal information, information verification and data verification ensuring a safe environment for users to express and trust the community is fundamental for youth development.

We aim to become a successful use case for community endorsement.
